Room was a nice size, beds and pillows were comfortable and it was very clean. Location is good with a few restaurants and cafes nearby and next to the commuter train. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon check-in, we were provided a sheet of paper that said we would be charged $30 per day, per guest for an Amenity Fee. First, this should be transparent in the rate of the room, because now the price increased by $60 per day (more than 30% of the room rate), plus the "amenities" are not worth $30 per person, per day. It includes access to a workout facility, admission to The Museum of Contemporary Art, which unfortunately is not worth a visit (and we love museums) and $10 per day at the onsite restaurant.

Great location & easy access when taking the train from the airport. Nice, quiet hotel, but close to all the action of Union Station & Coors baseball stadium. Nice bar area and restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff was very friendly & helpful throughout the stay. Coffee, water, and snacks were available throughout the day in the lobby. Would stay here again if going to Denver.

The only thing we did not enjoy was the in-room coffee. Much too strong for our liking. We ended up going downstairs each morning to get the complimentary coffee they served in the lobby and taking it back up to the room.

Highly recommended, this hotel truly stands out as a top-notch destination. Unlike some ostentatious 'grand' hotels, they focus on ensuring your comfort and promptly meeting your needs and desires, without any unnecessary showmanship. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. The ambiance exudes a delightful Scandinavian vibe. The furniture is exceptionally comfortable, avoiding the common pitfall of sacrificing relaxation for cutting-edge design seen in some other hotels. Moreover, the restaurant serves excellent food, and the bar boasts an impressive selection of premium liquors. The management of this hotel truly excels in their approach. Despite my initial apprehension when IHG sold the property to another hotel group, I was pleasantly surprised. The new owners had the foresight to retain the existing management and staff, proving to be a brilliant decision. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this is the type of hotel I would happily choose to stay in wherever my journeys take me.

The location is great for meeting tours at the close by Union Station and there is a lot of good restaurants within walking distance The rooms are modern and well sound protected from outside construction. Well insulated and kept the warmth wonderfully The coffee station in the morning was well stocked and welcome find a few days into my stay

The housekeeping was very inconsistent with toiletries rarely being replaced and random timing (early in the morning or late in the afternoon) There was no coffee machine in the room. There is a good coffee station available in the lobby before 10.30am however, it was not well posed and required to be up and dressed for a morning coffee. There is a clear homeless issue around the city however this was consistent with our whole USA trip

Beautiful hotel with extremely professional staff. Nice details everywhere: room comes with a yoga mat, nice Bluetooth speaker, aluminum water bottles, etc. Nice beds, nice shower, nice curtains. Lovely lobby with a feature fireplace and free snacks.

$58/day for parking is ridiculous. My bed was made incorrectly twice, but the front desk compensated me and was very apologetic about it, so I came away with a positive experience. The hotel restaurant was only ok. Much better food available on the same block elsewhere.

Excellent hotel location and the room, other than the sofa bed was very nice. Close to many attractions and using UBER to get around was fine.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Got charged on the back-end $27.20 after check-out for unexplained reason. I haven't had time to check on this fee, but more annoying than anything. After long wait for the advertised hotel 1 way free ride to 1 attraction which was located within the required 1 mile range, we just took an UBER.

The hotel was a 3 minute walk from the train. We walked to the concert we went for , with ease. Endless entertainment & eateries within walking distance. The staff was so friendly & helpful. This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Because of the experience, I will up my game & continue with this level of hotels.

I wish the hotel offered the lobby water in every room, if not at least each floor. Lol.

The staff were very friendly and helpful which was a welcome contrast to a rough day of travel. The room was spacious and clean and had a bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower that made the room feel luxurious. Having access to the Colorado Athletic Club was another great perk. The sauna and steam rooms were amazing.

It would have been nice to have more complimentary items for breakfast or a cafe. Or, maybe a discount for visiting the hotel restaurant.

It was our second stay in this hotel. The location is central. I love the interior of the rooms. The beds are super comfortable. It's a great place to be.

Unfortunately, the attached restaurant was closed during our stay. But they had a top alternative in-house breakfast organized, and there are plenty fantastic restaurants around the corner.
