Location, breakfast. Good COFFEE MACHINE.

Matress need to change as quite season, toilet need new look. Water pressure need to be higher. Access to beach need to be repair and cut the grass and make a better walkway.

The room is spacious and clean. The parking is right in front of the room. There is a mini fridge and coffee/tea is free with 2 bottles of waters.

The lights are dim and the master switch is located at the entrance which inconvenient as you need to walk in a dark switch off all the lights. The light at the entrance can only be off by switch off the master switch, meaning have to off all the lights. There are no ceiling lights at the beds areas and the wall light is too dim. The TV receptions are poor and can't watch any channel. I believe this can be improved easily.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. Breakfast was also very nice. The buffet spread was good enough to fill our stomachs and leave us all very satisfied. The resort is located close to the nearby beach.

I think the gym was a bit of a letdown as the equipment were not well maintained. It would be better to remove some of the old equipment and leave some space in front of the mirror for free workouts instead of keeping the faulty equipment in the room.

I stayed at the chalet facing the sea. Very nice sea view. I like the swimming pool since it is big enough to cater all the visitors. The breakfast provided was not bad. Plenty of parking lot around the hotel. The hotel located next to the Pantai Morib where various of local foods were sold there. But if you still want to enjoy your Starbuck, McD, Subway etc., Pekan Banting is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel.

Bear ini mind this is an old hotel. Thus, the furniture, the bathroom are quite old but still look decent and acceptable. As far as I know, there is no access to the seashore. If you stay at the chalet, the café for breakfast is quite far from your room.

I was enjoyed the pool as not many guests during the weekdays. Further the Pool located just 1 minute away from my room. The cleanliness of the pool is well maintained as well as the safety tools being displayed according.

I did not like the choice of breakfast. Shall enhance the variety of local dishes despite western meals. Should consider roti canai, nasi lemak, teh tarik and local deserts (karipap, talam, etc.) Local fruits too.

Super service minded staff and management. Top 5* Good restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean facilities and one of the biggest pools I’ve seen at a hotel.

A shame they don’t serve beer or wine, it could be mentioned somewhere. No access to the beach, had expected to be able to go down to the water, there’s a 12-15 feet high wall up to the hotel area.

The rooms loacted near to beach side. Able to see the sea from the room balcony. Pool is well maintained. The breakfast was decent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The parking facilities for resident are good.

The pool operating hours are limited from 7am to 7pm only. I think the given time allowance should be more flexible and not restricted.

I booked chalet room with sea view, the room was ok and clean. the view also nice and can see the sunset from the balcony. Pool also ok, clean and my kids enjoy it very much.

Feel not secure and comfortable with the toilet glass window. Feel people can still see you bath inside the toilet from outside especially at night.

The hotel is clean and really calming. Good for releasing stress. All staff are friendly and welcoming. High rate for the staff!!! Housekeeping is really great! Breakfast was okay and above average.

Some room facilities in the room need to do regular maintenance for better service.

The seaview chalet was great. Had a nice relaxing drink at the balcony overlooking the ocean. Amazing huge swimming pool with a nice well maintained landscape Nice Malaysian breakfast The small mini zoo of rabbits, birds, tortoises definitely an extra touch.

If only there’s a direct access to stroll along the beach Some updating of the room interior will surely be great
