Despite the global Microsoft security update affecting everyone including this hotel they were more than happy to extend a courteous arm at 02:45 on Sat morning. The hotel staff we dealt with couldn't do enough and all with a pleasant and warming smile. The hotel is very spacious to accommodate lots of purposes to stay there. The rooms are generous in size, ours was twin beds. To add more candles to their cake the beds, bedding and pillows are 100% out of this world warm and comfortable; and may I add, I am from the UK and I have travelled extensively and the aforementioned is one of the best I have ever slept on my only issue is that the likelihood of going back is zero% which if I had the opportunity I would have been a Marriot hotel convert already. Now for the not so good news, I am a type 2 diabetic, for breakfast I was almost ready to eat a pidgeon so I jumped for the Sausage n Scambled egg. One bite from each and i had to push it away there was by far too much salt in the food. However, the saving grace was the toast with grape jelly was very tasty and the bowl of prepared fruit was fresh and very satisfying. So all in all 9.75 out of 10 from me

I felt safe and staff was very cooperative

We were not having water or coffee facilities in our room. No kettle and the cleaner also forgets to place the sachets or cups. Almost 3 days we didn’t get water bottles as they were not having it.

Property was clean, nice location and restaurant had excellent food and fabulous hours.

The property should have a shuttle to drop off and pick up of guests at the mall and businesses in a close vicinity.

The staff did a good job under difficult circumstances. The credit card system was down and they had to do things manually and handled it extremely well.

We didn't have a chance to explore all of the amenities due to the software problem that was out of the hotel's control.

The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic. From the folks at the front desk, the ladies in the bar and grill, to the valet parking fellows, the service and care were so pleasant, cheerful, and efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Not a thing.

Very good and delicious and the location is serenity. The receptionists were cheerful and welcoming, likewise the waiters and waitresses.

Excellent customer service, the staff goes above and beyond. I'd especially like to callout Alicia at the front desk and Keisha in the M Club. Thank you so much for your extra efforts, I'll definitely be booking at this location in the future. This kind of support makes my business trips a breeze!

The delicious dark chocolate brownies in M Club didn't come out until 1pm ...freshly baked from the kitchen :-))

The breakfast and the waiter and waitress are very good and commendable. The rooms are always cleaned

Some room occupants were there with their pets exp dogs are scary

The bar was excellent, the servers were really nice. The location had easy access to shopping and food and it was easy coming and going.

The charges for parking were ridiculous and the tv didn’t in our room didn’t work.

That even tho there Was a lil situation that caused a delay in us checking in the room that I reserved online and could not get unfortunately due to there were no more avail and it was my birthday girls night out. However when I say that THEY TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY GIRLS! THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID MY ENTIRE VISIT! So I couldn't be more thankfull enough to say the least the Manager was above and beyond wonderful who sent wine and a Fruit/cheese tray to my room as we got ready for our night out as well as gave me 2 10$ gift cards for the Restaurant on site which we had dinner that night there and they made it wonderful for me too! So thank you so much for making turning 43 not so bad after all you guys! Yall need a raise that worked on nov 13th! Yall are amazing! And that business would crumble without you!
