There were 3 colleagues, so an easy share arrangement in the 2 bedroom apartment with a king and x2 singles, being better value than 3 single rooms elsewhere. We also need good proximity to restaurants (main street and Fibbers Hotel beside is excellent), as well as access for 1 colleague to Brisbane Airport via early next morning bus (walking distance)

This was my first time booking, and it wasn't easily clear that parking was not included in the price, however I was able to get one of the last parks for free in any case, so all ended up being perfect for our needs

A very convenient location, suited our weekend getaway, everything we expect in modern accomodation.

We were very disappointed to be charged a 'parking fee' for our car during our visit. No mention of additional fees during booking! We booked through Booking.com, so I'm convinced this was a tactic to recover any money lost through a third party booking agency. We will be looking into the legality of this practice. Twice now Quest have done this to us. VERY ANNOYING...

The reception is in a de-consecrated church and was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable. The beds were superb and the showers had good water pressure. And there were Tim Tams in the fridge on our arrival. Winning.

Better coffee making facilities. The room had a plunger, which is a good start, but it had only one "coffee plunger bag" which was very weak and undrinkably bad. So, a little bag of ground coffee would have been much appreciated.

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was also lovely to come back to a clean room.

I was disappointed that parking wasn't included, as I had never had to consider such a thing. However, that was due to the booking agent, not the vendor.

Kitchen and apartment facilities were great. Clear simple instructions from reception staff allowed for a pleasant couple of days. The motel folder outlined all required information in detail which was extremely helpful. This would be more practical if left on the bench or desk rather than being hidden in a drawer.

Due to the hot afternoon sun shining directly into the room, there was a need to close the blinds to assist in the cooling of the room, therefore not allowing any direct sunlight. Perfect for the cooler months No swimming pool available, nor facilities to complete your own washing at your own convenience.

View from balcony for dinner and next day breakfast!! Efficient and smooth check-in process. Quality shower liquids in large bottles for our use. Lovely gymnasium set up with quality equipment. The best weather to enjoy breakfast with a view on the balcony! The kitchen had everything we needed plus plus!

Too short a time in Toowoomba.

The Location is fantastic - close the queens park and right in central toowoomba. The apartment was spacious and clean.

We would have liked our room to be serviced, as it was a 2 night stay and paying $1000 for this accommodation - a daily change of towels, bed made etc would have been appreciated.

I thought the room was small. If we were to stay again we would book a bigger room. There was no parking available in the under cover car park but in an outdoor overflow carpark because we booked through Booking.com. It was really annoying that we were not able to cancel our booking even though I tried an hour after making the booking. It was a peak weekend so they would not have had trouble re booking.

little touches - like finding timtams in the fridge, lots of towels, all the amenities available, and a large choice of glasses and crockery etc. This would definitely be our choice of where to stay next time - walked to Queens park botanical gardens to see the flowers, 10 min comfortable walk to The Spotted Cow for drinks and dinner, Fitzys Restaurant right next door (shame it was closed for the Queens public holiday). Lovely view of the old Sandstone Courthouse and PO.

aircon - filter needs a clean and remote needs new batteries and we found bedroom window locked so no fresh air -which we would have preferred instead of aircon, toilet seat should be soft closing. These things are all very minor details compared to the overall ambience and cleanliness and comfort of our one bedroom apartment.
