Great location - you are in the city center very close to the beach and at the same time away from noisy bars/foodplaces. Delicious breakfast, rooms and the hotel interior are new and fresh-looking. Standard room is not too big, but totally manageable. Value for money is surely there! We loved the rooftop terrace with the view - good place to relax. The reception was very helpful and polite during our stay.

Since located between busier roads, some noise insulation for windows would be good - it sounded like window was open all the time, but actually it was just the thin panel. Same goes for the room door - you could hear people in the coridor and cleaner moving around a bit too well..

Good location. Close to bus stops and just a few minutes walk from the market and the glorious beach. About 15 minutes to Old Town by bus, which run frequently. Comfy bed. Very pleasant staff - cleaning, reception and breakfast teams. Nice plunge pool on roof terrace and great outlook. We had a balcony room, which was lovely overlooking the port. We stayed during carnival so also had the funfair outside! Wouldn’t be to everyone’s taste but it sort of added to the atmosphere for us. Plenty of places to eat and drink and still lots more to do next time we visit.

Some people might not like the bathroom being visible in the bedroom - didn’t bother us. Minor things like shower gel not being replaced all week, but nothing major.

The professional stuff, the location of the hotel, great comunication and the cleaness. Room clean every day we required. Gave extra blankets. Confy beds. Good towels. Tea and kettle and sugar. Fridge with snacks. Extra large beach towels for a deposit of 10 euros each. Lifts working. Small breakfast area.

The water in the pool on top of the building was COLD. Ashamed as it is a very small pool very easy to warm with hot water. Coffee for the mashine in the hotel room comes for a small charge. Most hotels have it included. But its taste was really bad. Supplies not refreshed daily ( tea, sugar). Toilet and shower in the room next to the beds. Very unusual as the walls are glass and not up to the ceiling. Great vue only in the rooms facing the ocean.

accommodation very clean and tidy. The breakfasts are great, with a large selection of menu that changes slightly every day. Staff very helpful. For hotel guests there is also the possibility to use the terrace with a view on the 6th floor. Parking is in the underground parking lot 80 meters away from hotel for €15 per day. On working days, it is possible to use a discount for hotel guests, and parking then costs only €6 per day. Probably the only drawback is the very small rooms, even if the design ones are nicely furnished.

Small rooms but functionally furnished and equipped

Clean, very kind and friendly staff, comfortable. Surprisingly quiet, even though my room was right next to the elevator. The only thing that was a bit odd was the configuration of the room. You immediately enter into the bathroom, with the toilet immediately to the left, the sink after that and the shower directly in front at the end of the room. The bedroom is after that, separated by opaque, sliding doors. Not sure how I would feel if sharing the room with someone. Luckily I was alone this time. Nice continental breakfast!

It was amazing to stay in this place. The seaview was fantastic 👏 👏 👏 the room was very cleaned 👌 and the beach is only 10 minutes walking. And near the hotel you can find a lots of restaurants where you can buy a good foods. Bus and taxi it's almost outside the hotel it's very easy with transport actually What I loved the most is seafoods everywhere. I'm a seafood lover. And by the way, it was my first-time to visit Spain and it was fantastic. The weather is very good. #VerySatisfied😃😃😃😊😊😊😊

I like the hotel and the seaview

We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the port which was on the 5th floor. It's worth paying the extra as the room exceeded our expectations. The room was big with a queen size bed, it was so comfortable.We liked the shower too, very modern. The hotel is in an excellent location, near to the beach of las canteras with many bars and restaurants and walking distance to the bus station Santa Catalina which takes you to the airport every 30 minutes. The staff were very friendly especially Christine. Breakfast was continental, also included bacon and scrambled eggs which was plentiful. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Nothing

Very comfortable room, big soft bed, all bathroom facilities were there, very quiet even if hotel was full! AC was perfectly located- didn’t blow on your face during sleeping, super nice staff, breakfast correct, pool on the rooftop clean and nice. We took room with balcony - highly recommended! Really good location, 5 mins from the nice beach, shops and bars near, close to Guaguas. Perfect hotel for a holiday trip!

Fourth time to stay here. Room disappointing this time. Was one of the last rooms to be booked. Christine that we have met numerous times was on hand and she is Amazing. HS assured us that when we go again she will make sure everything is 1000%. SHE IS AND HAS BEEN SUCH AN INSPIRATION TO US ON LAS PALMAS AND HER MANNER AND ASSISTING MY HUSBAND WHILE I WAS IN HOSPITAL IN LAS PALMAS WAS UNREAL. SHE IS SUCH AN ASSET TO THIS HOTEL AND KNOWS HOW TO TREAT HER GUESTS ATE EXCELLENT. We will.be back becaof her for sure. We are Irish, living in Lanzarote. She would entice anyone to visit her hotel. Perfect English and so perfessional. Fabulous person. We will return shortly to Sercotel. X

Lovely to.have at least one English news channel and movie Channel.

In the end was a very good experience, the staff was really nice and answer all my questions. The position is quite perfect for living at the best the city and visit other many different places.

The quality of room cleanliness was almost regular for the standards, there was a bit of dust under the bed and some crumbs inside.
