Great location, friendly and service minded staff, quiet, good beds. The outside area had been painted since we were there last, and it looked good. Nice stay.

The dish washer didn’t work this time either. It was broken one year ago, and looked like it hadn’t been working since. Would have expected it to work. Poor kitchen facilities with only two glasses, two forks, two knifes etc.

Lift Beach towels Spacious room with huge smart TV so I could watch netflix or YouTube on there, maybe some guidance for guests on how to use as some people in reviews seem unable to figure out how to watch anything in English Reviews said there was no staff, thanks to this I contacted them and arranged a smooth check in. Bathroom leaky behind toilet and also water from shower meant that stagnant water was just sitting on the floor which was horrible when you need to use the bathroom. Side sea view balcony was too sunny as there is no shade there so we couldn't relax outside.

Studio apartment was perfect, plenty of storage space which is unusual. Balcony/terrace was amazing and ideal for lounging in the sunshine. Location was superb with lots of restaurants very close by. Beach was a minutes walk and lovely. Check in was easy despite us arriving late in evening, the manager had left clear instructions. Towels were changed daily with coffee replenished. Will definitely book again if visiting Las Palmas in the future.

Shower needs attention as constantly between boiling hot and freezing cold otherwise no complaints.

Everything! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, has air-conditioning, a safe, a kettle, cutlery, crockery, fridge freezer. The room was serviced every day. The bed was made, and towels were changed. Lovely little balcony with a drying rack, chairs and a table. Also you could see the sea from the balcony. Large tv on the wall. The bed was massive and very comfortable. There was very little noise on the street where the hotel is situated, but the hotel is very close to all the bars/restaurants and shops. The staff were lovely. There is also a lift to all the rooms.

Location of this hotel is excellent, which offered great views of the sea and coastline. Plenty of restaurants within 100m. We stayed in the 'suite' which was perfect, large king bed, open roof terrace with hot-tub, access to a further private terrace, with glass fronted sun room, lougers on a decked terrace. All-in-all we had a fantastic experience.

Nothing not to like really, everything was as advertised and a little more. Perhaps some instructions on how to operate the room electronics would have been handy, but not really an issue. Getting ready for a bit of a spruce-up, but again, we are being a little picky.

Size of the room was excellent, with a very comfy bed, gorgeous balcony and it was perfect having a car park next to the property. Internet was strong in our room which was great for the fire stick we took with us. Perfect outside space, large fridge.

Few things missing in the kitchen such as a chopping board and no heat in the jacuzzi. However, it was very hot during our stay so this worked out well for us. Thumb lock on the fire escape stairs would have made us feel a bit more secure.

Location was central close to beach, cafes, bars ect. The room was spotless but could have done with a toaster & corkscrew, the balcony was tiny and due to hotel being in a narrow street didn't get much sun, but there were plenty of spots nearby to soak up the sun. Staff were very helpful and flexible to your needs

The room looks exactly as in photos. Confortable bed. Excellent location, beach within 1min walk, plenty of shops, parking 30seconds away (16euro /day), just as any other city center :) daily houskeeping. Our shower gel had a typical "man shower gel" smell, but I had my own. No shampoo or conditioner. Could improve on deep cleaning. Corners and so on are yellow. As someone mentioned earlier a toaster or a microwave (there is a space for it) would have helped, keeping in mind, that restaurants around open at 11-12 and no breakfast served in the house. As an early bird and breakfast person, everyday I had croissant and coffee for breakfast, as no warm food was available. All in all, good 8.

At night SILENCE which is very rare to have in noisy Spain. It is NOT a hotel since there is a self check in, no staff seen during three days, no breakfast service or any other service available. located at end of boulevard in a quiet street between locals. very good airconditioning, waterboiler and fridge in room. two bottles of water complimentary.

check in was uncomfortable. I had to call several times, no answers to first calls, after 15 minutes and being told I had no reservation the owner found out that I did have a paid reservation and gave me instructions in a rude way. if one ever would have problems in this hotel, be aware that there is NO staff available.

Great location. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nice Tv when indoors. Great terrace.

Shower needs fixing. The water jumps between extremely hot and very cold. The kitchen is full of mini ants that kept coming. There is no personnel around at all; feels more like an AirBnb. Cleaning could be better.
