I absolutely enjoyed my stay here from the moment I walked in the door. I arrived early and Patricia was very accommodating to get me into a room with little wait time. And they made me a delicious cappuccino while I waited! Patricia at the front desk is amazing ~ she is fun, sweet and you can tell that she loves her job and it shows. The hotel was elegant, yet very comfortable and the location was great. I was traveling alone and always felt safe walking in the area at night. Loved the plush towels, bathrobe and slippers! I will definitely be staying here again and again!

I didn't like that I never did make it downstairs in time for breakfast. The breakfast room's decor is very chic. Honestly, there was not a thing that I didn't like.

Our room and bed was very comfortable and room size was decent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and had a nice variety. The only thing I would say is that they need different hair dryers in the room. The ones they have barely blow any air. You can ask for a handheld one at the desk and they will provide so everything was perfect! Loved the location too - we walked everywhere.

Quaint and cozy hotel with everything you could need. Bedding and linens were very comfortable and top quality. Service was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. Excellent location in the heart of St Germain and across the street from U of Paris.

Nothing - except that maybe rooms were a bit small (no space to lay out your suitcase).

Beautiful decor and impeccable condition. Wonderfully welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. We slept with a window open one night and were shocked at how quiet the area was in general. Great breakfast of eggs, crepes, fresh fruit, yogurt, espresso, tea, croissants, bacon, potatoes, etc, and fresh squeezed OJ included. The classic rooms are a little small, but just beautiful. (Deluxe room was perfectly roomy enough for two). One morning at breakfast the hostess noticed my wife’s top button on the back her dress was needing buttoned and offered to do it—so thoughtful and sweet.

The staff was very helpful with local suggestions and requests for extra help (broken glass needed to be vacuumed up). Good closet space and fridge. Good sized room and bathroom by Paris standards. Tub/shower was a bit slippery but very roomy. Elevator! Nice full breakfast available in the morning-- looked good but we went out exploring and ate out.

Great location, but with the windows open, you could hear the restaurant outside which was noisy until 1-2 am. (Truly was kind of fun, as if you're eavesdropping on a culture when you don't understand the language!) We'll go back if we end up in the area.

front desk staff were outstanding, breakfast was excellent, location superb. rooms very small but very clean and extremely comfortable beds- the best hotel beds I have ever encountered.

I had a very bad experience with the lady who was in charge of clean8ng the rooms. I left prescription medication in a night table drawer, and when I returned to the hotel to try to recover it, she was arrogant, aggressive and extremely rude. she proudly told me that she threw out my medication and was almost insulting in her manner. it really ruined what had been an outstanding stay at your hotel.. very unfortunate.

The location of the hotel is very good, being near most of the tourist attractions (LOUVRE, SAINT CHAPELLE, PONT NEUF, PONT DES ARTS, etc.) Impeccable cleanliness and very comfortable bed. Possibility to store luggage a few hours before/after check-in/check-out

The check-in experience was terrible. You should have more flexibility in this regard because I understand the strict policy of the hotel regarding the check-in time, but since we arrive an hour earlier at least the documents should be prepared by the time of check-in even if the room key we receive at the fixed time, not a minute less. And more attention, please, to the management of the Bookin platform, in the sense that although it was a prepaid reservation without the possibility of free cancellation, I was requested at the reception to make the payment. This was fixed immediately but could have been avoided by studying the reservation more carefully.

Small boutique hotel with cute rooms (but small) that are well-designed and appointed, and in the perfect location on the edge of 6th/7th Arrondissement near to museums, shopping, restaurants, etc. Great service from the front desk and people providing a very good breakfast buffet, with eggs and bacon as well as the usual croissants, jam, yoghurt. Staff arranged hotel car/taxis to airport and train station.

Be sure that you choose a sizable room, as the basic one is about 12 meters square and too small for a couple with significant luggage. Choose one with 15 sq meters or more unless you are a single.

This is a small, well appointed hotel in a fabulous location. Easy access to metro, buses, walking distance to Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Jardins du Luxembourg, etc. Rue Jacob has great food and shops. We even took metro RER B to/from CDG airport and it was fine and best sitting in taxi with traffic. The staff are amazingly helpful and attentive. (Shout out to Patricia, Anna and the gal who cleans the rooms - all 3 are amazing, kind, energetic and problem solvers) This is my go to hotel in central Paris. It’s my 2nd stay… and I’ll be back. The junior suite is worth the extra! The air conditioning works very well, which for those of us who are used to sleeping in rooms with AC is key! We had a small mix up with our room and Patricia and Anna solved the issue quickly. Breakfast is really worth the price and easy.

Be aware it’s a small hotel with a small elevator… but as long as your expectations match reality you’ll be fine.
