The daily front desk manager was so nice and sweet! He was always greeting us with a smile and a “bonjour”, and super helpful and friendly during check in. The property is also centrally located, and easy to get around the city via the metro stops nearby.

The room was on the smaller side, but the hotel was obviously more historic so the size of the rooms is understandable and something we were aware of when we booked the rooms. The bathroom, however, was decently sized.

Fantastic location right behind the cafe de flore. Very close to Metro line 4 and bus routes. Staff was nice and helpful and accommodated request to have room on floor with elevator. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was new (or must be upgraded lately)—walk in shower. Room faced a quiet interior courtyard. Beds comfortable enough. Had hot pot and daily cleaning of room. WiFi worked well. Would return!

Ac/heat seems to be centrally controlled. They already turned on heat for the season, so it was a bit warm upon arrival. But they were able to turn it off in our room (?) and we just had to open the window for some cool air in the evening before sleeping.

My favorite aspect was the staff. They were wonderful and engaged when we talked about our activities. I have forgotten their names but there was a male and a female. They helped us in getting the information and directions that we needed for our visit to Paris. The room was comfortable and we were made to feel like guests in a home. Breakfasts were good in the undercroft. Average continental breakfast as you would expect. We stayed here primarily as it was a convenient location to everything that we wanted. My main objective was to visit the Ste. Sulpice Church which was only a couple of blocks away.

Just wish the elevator was bigger to accommodate three guests and luggage at a time. Minor inconvenience overall as we had to take multiple trips up and down. Our granddaughter walked the stairs usually.

The hotel is location in a very nice neighborhood, close to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. It is also easy to walk to the river and major landmarks in Paris. The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was small but clean and recently renovated.

The room was a bit small and the wifi a bit slow, so video conferences were not working so well. The price was high, but this is probably not unusual, especially given the summer season and the olympic games coming up.

The location is the best place in Paris. You will find numerous glorious boulangeries close to the hotel and it opens so early (by 7 am). Room 13 was reformed and it's great. Other rooms such as room 14 are old and still use the traditional french wallpaper.

Please remove all jaguar carpets that are present in the corridor and stairs. Although there is one elevator, the hotel is unprepared to receive wheelchair users because you must use stairs to access the small elevator. Again ... the carpet does not help wheelchair users

We were staying at the suite - we were family of 4 people (2 parents, 2 teenagers). The room was very comfortable and not too dense. There are almost no such rooms in Paris, we usually were enforced to take 2 rooms, which we don't like. the room was very clean, the staff is great, very pleasant and helpful. The location is fantastic - right on San Jermain, just above Cafe de Flore, 2 minutes walk from Metro station, and 10 min walk from most of the attractions. we highly recommend the hotel, and for sure we'll visit it again!

the aircondition didn't work well, however,it wasn't too hot, so we didn't notify the staff about it. I assume they would have fixed it if we notified about it.

It was very beautiful hotel. The Elevator was absolutely fantastic for Travel in French. Very comfortable beds and city view was the way to enjoy experience local city life. Public laundry was easy to get there by walking distance and very clean, has English explanations to how to use. Local people very warm to help as well. Restaurants everywhere for you to choice. Walking distance to lots of attractions including museums. Reception were very helpful and warm greetings. Hotel was very clean and modern decor.

The room was nicely appointed with ample closet and shelf spaces. The bathroom was well lit and the shower water pressure was excellent. The staff were extremely attentive and remedied a problem with my safe despot box quickly. The location is EXCELLENT! Next door to Cafe du Flore, one block from Rue Jacob, a few blocks from Rue de Seine. Close to excellent restaurants, designer showrooms, and even a well-appointed grocery store.

I enjoyed the breakfast, typically Parisian. The location is perfect, I adore St Germain, it is a village full of exceptional things, with a metro station on the doorstep! The only problem for me was shower over bath - I cannot get into bath due to bad leg so resorted to a 'strip wash'.

See above re bath. Are there any rooms with walk-in shower?

The location of the hotel was fabulous, right in the main shipping & cafe precinct of St Germain. We were able to walk everywhere to visit the main attractions in Paris, and the Concierge was great with his advice about ATM's, Post Office, supermarket and bakeries. The staff were very polite & welcoming, and the rooms were very quiet when the streets were quite busy outside. The rooms may have been a little small and the elevator very small, however the hotel did an excellent job in catering to our needs and the location was perfect.

Tea/coffee/fresh towels replenishment could be improved; however, these were minor things in the greater scheme of things.
