The location was great. Right off the interstate with several dining choices with at least 5 within walking distance. The common areas were clean with a pleasant social welcome to it.

When I booked this location I didn’t see that it was pet friendly. I personally do not like to stay at hotels that welcome pets. A guest had a Boxer dog and she could not control the dog and it decided to greet me by jumping on me. She apologized and said he’s friendly. I didn’t care that the dog was friendly, I didn’t want to be accosted by her dog. Also had to lesson to a dog barking a few times throughout the night. Some people may not mind this things but I do. My fault though for not verifying before booking.

The room was large and pet friendly. The hall of the hotel where I was located appeared to be the pet wing. This was nice because I wasn't as anxious about disturbing other guest with my dogs' occasional barking (as all dogs do in a new environment).

Although the room was pet friendly nothing else was. Dogs were not allowed in common spaces and there was not ample space outside for dogs. Of course small patches of grass was present, but its nice when there is small fenced off areas where dogs can be off lease and play with others. My stay was limited to one night. If staying longer, I would suggest finding a hotel near a park.

The location was convenient since we were on a road trip. You are a short drive from the Galleria shopping mall and a Tesla supercharger location so that was a key reason for our selection. There are also a lot of good restaurants within a few-mile radius of the location. Wolchase is a nice and generally safe area. The location had (I think) 2x J17772 EV chargers.

Some large spiders live around the front of the property and I met one in the vestibule. Didn't have any issues in the rooms though and the hotel was overall very clean.

Our Check-In was exceptional!! Thanks to Mike. He was so cordial. Management needs to Know Mike was such a pleasure to work with. 1000%. Our Room was Perfect. Clean Clean. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Bed was sooo comfortable. We had been driving 12 hours so it was such great experience to be able to relax in a clean and comfortable room.

Nothing. Property was exceptional.

The Front Desk attendant that checked us in was very polite and knowledge able of everything. The room was VERY clean and smelled pleasant. I traveled with my family and my daughter loved the pool area.

I did not like that the pool area had no ventilation, it was very warm in there. The towel rack was small and had limited number of towels. So we had to walk back down to the front desk to get towels. I also did not like the housekeeping stated that we could only get two sets of fresh towels for the morning and it was 3 guest occupying our room.

I was in room 117, the tv in the hotel lobby is against the room wall and could be heard all night. it kept waking me up. by the morning, o was also hearing hotel staff and patrons talk. Walls must be thin in that room not sure it it’s the same in other rooms but I prob would request a room change it f that room gets assigned to me. Always nice to have free breakfast but it didn’t leave much of an impression. Eggs had to be from a box. Best thing about the breakfast was the sausage.

Location was excellent and easy to get to. Breakfast was very good.

The pillows in the bed were hard and the mattress was uncomfortable. But the room and bathroom were nice and very clean. The toiletries provided were nice.

The location is wonderful. It’s a nice neighborhood and surrounded by many restaurants and places to shop. Conveniently located near a Walmart.

The hot tub was not working and the water was cold. I was looking forward to a good soak in the hot tub after walking around downtown Memphis all day but it was colder than the regular pool.

The price if your hotel would have let me reserve the room. I was in able to book or reserve the room in advance. I usually stay with your hotel no matter what state it is in by reservation but this time I had to pay a higher price because of it so that was a maybe see somewhere else next time.

Staff; cleanliness; breakfast; coffee was very good; fresh fruit

Noise level from within the building's infrastructure was occasionally distracting (toilets flushing, showers running). Disappointed that there was no hot cereal option at breakfast (no oatmeal or grits, either fresh made or packets).
