I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel in Hoi An, and I can confidently say it’s the best in Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Ann and Cherry, whose exceptional hospitality made my stay truly unforgettable. Their genuine care and dedication to ensuring every guest’s comfort and satisfaction were evident in everything they did. Ann and Cherry went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. They were always available to offer assistance, provide recommendations, and ensure that every need was met with a smile. Their friendly and professional demeanor made me feel like a valued guest from the start. The room I stayed in was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s location is another highlight. Situated in a prime spot in Hoi An, it provided easy access to the town’s main attractions, yet it was peaceful and serene, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Every moment of my stay was filled with joy, largely thanks to Ann and Cherry’s outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An – it truly is a gem and a place I look forward to returning to in the future.

Hoianese Center Hotel is the true definition of excellent service! The staff is so friendly, polite and helpful. They arrange everything for you such as transfers, amazing day trips, activities and even a free walking tour, which was guided by Cindy. The staff members I’ve interacted mostly were Min, Helen and Cindy, the tour guide. Min was the first staff member who received me. She immediately made a positive and welcoming impression. I also had multiple conversations with Helen who was always smiling and open for a chat! Like Min, Helen was very passionate to help me with everything and answer every question I had. Cindy was a very open-minded person who told a lot of interesting things about Hoi An. She’s a true local with a big heart for her hometown. It is really good to see how much the staff love Hoi An and are willing to guide you through the old town. The staff is very heartwarming and made my stay in Hoi An the best during my Southeast Asia trip. I would definitely book again at Hoi An Center!

We fell in love with Hoi An thanks to the Hoianese Hotel! We got there and our receptionist Min welcomed us so warmly and showed us everything Hoi An has to offer including recommendations for food, tailoring, activities, and more. Everything Min recommended was a hit! Throughout our whole stay, Min assisted us with activities and tours we wanted to do. We joined the free walking tour guided by the wonderful Cindy and learned so much about Hoi An’s history. We also joined the basket boat tour and the cooking class which we thoroughly enjoyed! The experiences that we had in Hoi An were all made possible by this hotel and its staff. Towards the end of our stay, I unfortunately left my phone at the hotel and the Hoianese team did everything they can to send my phone to the airport before my flight had to leave. I am so thankful for Min and the whole Hoianese team for the amazing experience, their sincerity, and unparalleled hospitality. I definitely recommend staying with them! I can’t wait to be back in Hoi an because of this experience and will definitely stay at Hotel Hoianese again.

Min, Lilly, and Sindhi made this stay exceptional. From the moment I walked in they were incredibly helpful with everything from food, to things to do, to booking buses, booking shows etc. The walking tour was so amazing, Sindi is a great guide and had loads to teach us! The beds are comfy, rooms are really clean, it feels safe and the location is perfect. Central yet quiet. I extended my stay two more night. I couldn’t recommend this any more. The hospitality itself is enough to make me come back. Special thanks to Min. Definitely my best stay in South east Asia.

If you are unsure about where to stay in Hoi An, stop looking and stay here. I was fortunate enough to spend 6 nights here and will absolutely be back. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect! The hotel is located on a quiet side street, but you are less than a 5 minute walk from the ancient town, attractions in Hoi An, and many incredible restaurants. Helen and Min at reception were incredibly kind and honestly, made my stay in this magical town even better. Not only did they have great recommendations for coffee shops and restaurants, but they helped me to plan tours/excursions that made my trip great. When a tour that I scheduled was cancelled, they helped me book other activities that were really fun! Like I said, stop looking and stay here - this hotel and its staff are fantastic!

Hoianese is a fantastic hotel and particularly the staff are exceptional, the two girls I spoke with on reception mostly Lilly couldn't have done more for the guests - made suggestions, booked taxis, trips, spoke about the area and answered all questions - not just this but they were so organised even text reminding me when I was late for breakfast! Overall a great stay and I would definitely return if I am ever back in Hoi An!

The balcony door has a little gap so it lets in air and a little noise (location itself isn't noisy but still there can be the odd car on the street)

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, both Helen and Min were so very kind. They helped us with recommendations in town, booked tours for us and arranged bustickets for onward travel. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. They provide free cold water bottles at the reception, which were very welcome when returning to the hotel. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from old town. Water pressure in the shower was fine. Laundry service was good and quick. The hotel offers a free walking tour through old town, we had Cindy as our guide, who explained things well and was very nice, highly recommended!

Don't know where to begin about Hoianese. Absolutely the best accommodation experience! Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. They have a set western menu you can choose from everyday but the provided us with local options instead and it was so so good. But what makes Hoianese so amazing and special are the staff. Particularly An and Sunny were so welcoming the moment we stepped into the lobby. Even before arriving, they were responsive and helpful through Booking.com's chat feature to help us arrange airport transfers. When you arrive, they spend a good chunk of time sitting with you and showing you all that there is to do in Hoi An and can help you build an itinerary. They seriously made our stay and experience in Hoi An spectacular. We were so sad to leave. Another thing to mention is the free walking tour! Cindy was a fantastic guide and we learned so much about the ancient city. Highly recommend everyone and anyone to stay at Hoianese and would come back in a heartbeat.

We were on the 3rd floor facing the street and got woken up everyday by a truck or something outside early morning. It sounded like our windows were open but we checked and they weren't. Not sure what could help with this though.

Hoianese Center Hotel is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Staying in the hotel enhanced our experience of Hoi An. Right from booking to check out, the team there went above and beyond for the guests. Minh, Helen and Hannah are wonderful, helpful, kind, polite and welcoming people and made our stay unforgettable. Minh gave us such a warm welcome on arrival by providing us a map and plenty of information about the city. The staff’s knowledge of Hoi An is amazing and they were so helpful in recommending places to visit and things to do. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. They were spacious and the housekeeping was immaculate. The hotel was centrally located just near the old town. We felt taken care of by the staff and it was so sad to have to leave. I can’t recommend Hoianese Center Hotel more highly and I would implore anyone visiting Hoi An to stay here.

Omg this hotel is fantastic - location awesome just a 5 min walk to the river, right next to shops, bars restaurants, tailors. The room was very spacious, clean, great air-conditioning, fast WiFi, constant hot water, brightly lit, full length mirror - drinking water and insect repellent provided. The room itself was mosquito free and exceptionally clean so credit goes to housekeeping. . The hotel had very reasonable prices for laundry, trips, airport shuttle etc. Best of all were the lovely girls - An. Cherry and Sunny. All three were wonderfully warm amd welcoming, extremely supportive and went over and beyond to make my stay so enjoyable and safe. These girls are a credit to the hotel!! I forgot to pick up the little gift they left me but honestly the best gift was their warm hospitality. I will recommend this budget hotel to all my friends and family as it honestly is such good value for money.
