It’s the best location - right on the river, close to everything. The room was cozy, the bed was comfy, everything was clean, and cleaned daily and at the times convenient for me. The room was warm, and you could control the heat as desired. There’s hot water - I stayed in winter, so I think it’s important to mention it! The staff was welcoming and professional. There’s free airport shuttle. Across the street - eat at Bullet Hole Bagels and Baked cafe.

Great hotel in the heart of Whitehorse - it's close to everything! We LOVE Belly of the Bison and it helps that since it's open only for dinner, there is Baked across the street, which is an AMAZING cafe! Housekeeping also did a great job every day refilling supplies and keeping the rooms clean.

Wi-Fi was shoddy and parking lot was very small - but luckily, the mall parking lot in front of the hotel is free overnight. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Fabulous stay! Very high-end and modern with luxurious amenities. Quiet location. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom facilities. Wonderful high-end, easy to operate espresso maker in room and we always appreciate a small fridge. Really a fantastic stay at the end of our long road trip. Could not have been any nicer! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We even received turn-down service! How pleasant is that?!

Beds were comfy, big bathroom with everything you need. Great location in walking distance to almost everything a tourist may want to see in Whitehorse. They don't have breakfast but they indicated a coffee bakery just across the street - very convenient.

The aircon which you cannot direct and which blows air right on the beds... We ended up pinning the curtains together with a scrunchy to cover the AC so that we wouldn't be cold and get sick during the night. It's a good hotel but we feel the price is too high for what it is.

Nice modern bathroom with plenty of toiletries and robes provided. The shower has good water pressure. Large fridge, microwave, water filter, coffee machine and kettle in the room. Comfortable beds, we had a good nights sleep.

The decor is a bit dour, mostly grey and dark colours. The only mugs provided were tiny ( for the coffee machine ), not good for a tea drinker like me. No lift.

Did not eat at the Edgewater, but was very impressed by the staff's friendly and helpful attitude. Everything from the shuttle to the airport to checking in and out was done professionally. Room was nice and bed was comfortable.

Wifi is pretty bad but apparently its like this throughout the town.

The parking is not ideal. They have a very small lot to accommodate about 6 to 7 small vehicles. We have a GMC pickup truck that did not fit. We had to park on the street with a two hour max meter. The visitor center gave us a pass but you really had to move every two hours because it was enforced 9AM to 5PM. Monday-Saturday.

First room did not work as the “queen” beds are more like a double in size. Checked to see if there was an option available and we were offered the King Suite upgrade which worked well for us and included a kitchenette. Amrutha was AMAZING! Thanks so much for making our stay comfortable with the upgrade!!

Original booked room for 4 adults was not adequate.

No grumbles here at all the hotel was comfy and bang slap in the main bit of town and easy to get to most things also bus a short walk away to reach tje airport, helpful staff also...if I found myself in Whitehorse again i'd stay here again for sure.

Very well located, affording nice views of the Main street and/or the riverbanks with the snowy-peaked mountains behind (depending on whether you get a corner room or not). Three minutes away from MacBride Museum, and only steps away from eateries, shops and other attractions. Our room was very clean and was equipped with a large TV with many good channels (for those long nights awaiting the Aurora Borealis shuttle), as well as a Nespresso machine complete with coffee pods - super useful in the morning, after sleeping in as a result of chasing the Northern Lights. Staff at the reception was friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful (we encountered 4 different people throughout our stay).

Although the bed was a good size, the pillows were extremely thin. I know this is a problem MOST hotels have, but in this case we felt like we slept directly on the mattress, despite having 2 pillows each.
