The location is incredible right in the heart of whitehorse, walking everywhere was very easy from where we were at the attached restaurant was wonderful!

The room cleaning was hit or miss, half the time it required going to the desk for something they forgot. It also proved to be very inaccessible during daytime hours as the halls were clogged with all the cleaning carts creating no room for families to pass through

Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean, modern room. Lots of USB (type-A) outlets for all your charging needs and even wireless charging on the clock radio. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Bath towels were rough and did not meet the same standard as the rest of my experience (maybe it was just my room). I would have rated the hotel a 9, if not for this issue. There was a small leak coming from the bathroom sink that would leak onto the floor after use. I noticed this following the first night and told the front desk agent who took note of it. The issue was not resolved when I returned that evening, I figured it was not important enough.

It is a very beautiful and modern space, so welcoming. They take care of the details to make the space feel cozy and warm. Their staff is very nice and helpful! They really took good care of me and my fiancé during our stay.

The one thing I believe the property could use improvement on is in their communication with the restaurant and how the breakfast included package works. Their staff was very nice but I still felt they didn’t like when I came with the tickets instead of paying directly to them. Next time I think I would just book the room and pay for breakfast separately to avoid the whole fuzz.

I had asked for early check in over a month in advance. My room was not ready even at regular check in time. Concierge did give me an hour late check out, and extra breakfast tickets. I paid for breakfast, and extra tickets were only good for breakfast. Also tons of construction, long walk to parking.

Very spacious! Clean and comfortable! Complimentary ride to the airport . Good location in town.

Not specific to this hotel but generally noisy along corridor past midnight when guests go out for the northern lights tour, and then you can hear them return at 3-4am. Very weak WiFi in the room so you can’t stream content

Great location in Whitehorse. Within walking distance of most things in town. Attached restaurant had good food options.

Bathroom felt a little small. Parking felt a little weird, as it was away from the property (not by far), so felt a little worried about my vehicle’s safety.

Friendly staff, great location, great character and coziness, clean and comfortable rooms, close to all amenities with a good bar and restaurant attached.

There is a lack of parking on site due to construction.

Great location downtown Whitehorse, with quiet room on the back. Comfortable bed, good TV channel selection. elevator security appreciated. Has airport shuttle service. Staff was very helpful.

Great location for exploring the small downtown area. Easy walk to visit the SS Klondike exhibit. Breakfast was not included, but there is an on-site restaurant/bar. The food and service there are good.

It is a very old hotel, so the hallways are tight, and the elevator is slow. As long as you know that and are prepared to work around these issue, you'll be fine.

perfect location close to work site, also the shuttle to and from the airport is a bonus also the pub is great to be attached very convenient

more advertising for local events,,,,shreeded hashbrowns would bring the breakfast to a 10 level
