+ Service desk staff was very polite and helpful. Especially Mohammad was very kind and was always asking if we were OK. + VERY NICE breakfast, different food prepared every day, nice tacos selection + Great location, close to DC right, not far off the beltway. It was surrounded by restaurants and shopping. + Good reliable Wifi + Parking included in the hotel price

- Very old furniture and old carpets - Smaller room than expected. We didn't have enough beds for the number of people we had booked for. I booked for 5 persons, but there was space only for 4. Fortunately, the service desk staff provided a roll-up bed for my daughter to solve the issue - The AC only works for a few minutes at a time no matter the setting. This made the room feel uncomfortable even with constant fidgeting - The majority of the breakfast ladies were very polite and helpful, with the exception of a little lady with dreadlocks who was very disrespectful and bad-mannered.

The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel in a long time. Place was exceptionally clean! Staff was really, really helpful and friendly.

The beds were double beds, we didnt catch that when booking. My 17 year old ended up sleeping on the sofa, which was extremely hard...however, the staff brought us up a roll up bed and bedding and he put that mattress of the sofa. He said it wasn't too bad. Place needs some updating, but it worked beautifully for our family

Excellent staff, great location and breakfast.

We had a problem with the hot water in the shower. Maintenance did a repair on the shower but the hot water issue was not completely resolved.

Having the one bedroom made it feel much less like a temporary stay and felt like our own space.

Took a little bit for the water to heat up, lacks outlets in bedroom

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The location was excellent. It was surrounded by restaurants and shopping. We loved the kitchen and sitting room. The breakfast was excellent. It offered a wide variety of choices.

We showed up about 7pm Friday night, Gladys Was Amazing!! She checked us in with a wonderful experience. The kids had time to use the pool, key was demagnetized, font desk had no problem with the issue. 4 luggage carts that were available and plenty of hand sanitizer and wipes to use. Room clean, although when we discovered the sofa bed, the linens did need to be changed. No biggie Gladys had sheets ready when we asked in moments. Pool and hot tub 👍🏾 we enjoyed it, clean towels and plenty of places to sit. Breakfast! Breakfast! Breakfast!!!!! The free breakfast was the best I have ever had PERIOD. Those people in the kitchen COOK You a real meal. Saturday they made real bacon and real fried eggs so that you could make a sandwich with the bagels or biscuits. Home made muffins. Not store bought. These women(or whomever ever else work in that kitchen) feed you like you are in a restaurant. They have oatmeal and cereal and things as well. Sunday we had the standard make your own waffles (the kids were looking forward to that since Friday night lol) they had caramel/chocolate/strawberry/whipped cream as topping. And the MUFFINS but today the eggs they made were a quiche a delicious quiche. With turkey sausage patties and onion and pepper potatoes (they made those on Saturday as well). I have never had a free breakfast that good at ANY place I have stayed. Anything we needed when Gladys was on the clock was no issue. All other staff encounters were also pleasant. Washer and dryer on first floor 👍🏾dryer is free and washer $2. I could go on but I think I covered it. This is a 5 Star to my family and I.

The way some people treat the staff. We must show them respect, they are really hard working people.

Very roomy, feel like home. Great size for my family (4 people and 1 dog) Love that it has a kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure.

Pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was good the first few days, they did change it up some. It was always eggs and a meat (ham, sausage, bacon) would have like to have more options.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, location was good. Breakfast was great every morning.

No shuttle service, beds were small.

The breakfast was amazing and the location where the breakfast was set up was awesome. I enjoyed everything!
