hot breakfast. heated pool. free washer and dryer use. only a $25 per stay deposit. friendly and helpful staff. grocery stores, restaurants and a liquor store close by. 300 cable channels. 15 minutes from The National Mall. $10 a night parking fee. These are all the questions I had when I was booking hotels. So I thought I would save someone else some trouble. 😁 Your welcome 😂🤣

nothing really bad to say. It was a great stay.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean and everything functioned properly. The hotel appeared to be well run.

I think this is a problem for the entire chain and not necessarily this hotel. I requested room service change out our towels, take out the trash and refresh the bed sheets. No one ever came to the room until the day we were departing. The maid came at 0800 to see if we were gone yet. Luckily we were up already otherwise I would have gone to the door sleepy-eyed.

The pool area and breakfast were great. We were able to get a good breakfast before we went out on our adventures. The hotel is pretty centrally located for the things we wanted to do. They just happened to be working on the nearest metro stop so we were bussed to a different one. Nothing to do with the hotel it just made it harder to get places.

Room service just on request and when the room was cleaned there was still trash and towels left scattered around. When I booked the price was less than what I paid. I was told we were upgraded to a king suite for free because they were out of king rooms but my bill compared to the other room was $250 more expensive. We could have just had a standard room.

We loved the free and easy parking, which in this area is hard to come by. The breakfast was great and the pool enjoyable. Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds.

The water for the tea was always cold in the breakfast area, so they always had to go in the back and get me more hot water. This was both in the morning at breakfast and in the evening in the lobby.

Breakfast room was clean, well stocked by staff, spacious and airy. Breakfast foods were better than normal.

Booking.com should have told me that I would not get Hilton Honors points if I booked through Booking.com. Booking.com should also have told me that a $10/day parking fee would be applied.

Excellent location for our needs. Appreciated the free parking and that it was pet-friendly with reasonable fees. The room was super clean, the A/C and room darkening curtains worked well. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were plush. The staff were all very nice and the breakfast had a nice variety. We appreciated that the free coffee station was open all day.

No complaints. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to others.

All members of staff were exceptional; they were professional and extremely helpful. I was quite impressed. I loved the digital key option; and the fact that I can use the app to check in and check out. You can also request a traditions key card if you prefer. The hotel is located in an area with a variety of restaurants from different cultures.

One of the reasons I initially chose this hotel was for the complimentary breakfast but I wasn't pleased. I didn't like was the breakfast; it wasn't tasty.

The location was great and I appreciated the parking garage since we arrived in a rain storm. Breakfasts had lots of cold and hot choices.

There seems to have been a water leak in our bathroom at some point in the past and the wall was stapled back together!? That was pretty sketchy.

Close to DC, quiet, very clean. Parking was reasonable. Close enough to other transport. Our deluxe room backed to the elevator, so we tested it skeptically, but sound insulation in this hotel is impressive. So quiet. Room was very clean, and desk staff very nice. Breakfast was varied and good enough and kept stocked. Overall, I had been willing to spend the money to be in downtown DC because I was only staying overnight, but this location’s high marks on TripAdvisor etc are well deserved.

Convenient location for us, nice and friendly staff, easy access from the highway. The room was clean and we had everything we needed as toiletries and accessories. Coffee in the lobby was free and breakfast was available at the location.

Breakfast may be improved, the selection was limited, otherwise they are doing a great job!
