This place is always reliable. The space always looks exactly like the photos. It's in a good neighborhood, close to a lot of great restaurants, and close to where we work. They clean the room and change your towels every day, unless you ask them not to. Some rooms have kitchens, others have a microwave and mini fridge. Both rooms we stayed in had the bedroom towards the interior, so street noise was not an issue.

The cleaning ladies kept taking our hand towel when they would clean, even when I kept asking for a replacement.

It was in very good conditions, close to everything, there are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants near. I loved the space and comfort. About the staff, on day one a young man received us and he was a little apathetic, the next day there was an older man and he was super kind. The first one wasn’t necessarily rude but he never made us feel completely comfortable.

Everything was on point.

This is in a very central location. There are lots of shops and cafes close by and an Oxxo across the street to get water. The room itself is very spacious. The AC worked very well. We didn’t spend much time in the room other than to sleep. I would highly recommend staying here for a few nights when visiting Mexico City!

The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but it honestly was fine. Many people mention the noise but we didn’t have a problem with this. Mexico City is noisy in general. Stairs only! This wasn’t a problem for us either, but just wanted to make people aware that you will need to walk up stairs.

It’s centrally located in Zona Rosa with lots of restaurants nearby. It’s an actual suite so there’s a small kitchen and breakfast area if you want to cook your own meals. There’s someone in the entrance area 24/7 to let you in and out of the building. Despite being in the middle of Zona Rosa it wasn’t noisy, even on Friday or Saturday night

There’s no lift so getting a heavy bag up two flights of stairs isn’t easy. And as it is a collection of suites as opposed to a hotel there’s no “reception” per se and there’s no sign outside apart from the street number to indicate you’ve actually found the right place - you just buzz the door and you’re let in

Location is perfect. Close to everything. Area is very Safe also at night and next to metro, busses and all kind of services and restaurants. The bakery at the corner is amazing. 24 hour reception very helpful and nice.

Honestly I can't understand all the bad reviews. No dog was barking in the 4 nights we spent there. No problem in finding the building if you just use Google maps. No problem in accessing the building as long as there was always somebody ready to open us the door. Yes, sometimes is a bit noisy, but you are in a centric and lively area of Mexico city, if you are here it's because you know what you want. If your purpose is to relax and chill, better find some different area.

The room was very clean, king size bed was very comfortable. It was centrally located, very close to via Reforma and Roma Norte neighbourghood.

The only thing that I did not like was that our room was on the ground floor, facing the street and it was rather noisy. Furthermore, every guest who wanted to enter the building had to ring the doorbell and staff would open the door. Therefore, we could hear every time the doorbell rang and woke me up several times. We could not sleep wothout earplugs.

The location was good, and the staff helped us storing our luggage while we waited for our flight hour.. It's location is good also. The staff is very friendly people.

They didn't have toilet paper at room. I had to go to a convenience store to get one , there's a coffee maker at the room it would be good to have at least a packet of coffee there.

We like the location and the helpful, friendly staff. The location was super - walking distance to Chapultepec park, La Condesa, and Roma, subway station at the next corner. The guys at the reception effectively helped us with our minor problems.

Not expensive sound isolation of room doors would improve comfort immensely. Maybe they could replace the annoying doorbell system with something more convenient.

The location was excellent, close to the famous angel of independence, the zona rosa and a lot of good bakeries

You don’t get a key to the principal entrance and one day I came to the apartment an nobody answered, I had to leave and came back an hour later and finally got in

Location is perfect, safe and calm, many restaurants around. Place not so loud, but not that quiet as it can be. Room was comfortable and personal was very friendly and polite. Wi-fi was very good.
