- good location at a nice quarter of the city, a lot of bars and restaurants around the hotel - friendly staff at the reception

The breakfast is normally until 10 am and we went to the restaurant every morning around 9 am. But every time we were told that the most of the food has already finished. So we had to eat the rest, because they don’t apparently prepare enough food for all the hotel guests. On our last day, we complained about that and talked to the reception, the reception staff talked to the the kitchen staff and then they prepared some more food for the hotel guests, who came after 9 am like us. I don’t know if the hotel manages it like this or maybe it was the kitchen staff, but I find it very disrespectful.

I extremely impressed with the breakfast that was available every morning. The atrium type of eating area with the big screen television was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would easily return on my next trip to CDMX.

Unfortunately, for whatever reason, I was unable to find the transportation that the hotel had provided for me at the airport. For that reason, I had to acquire a taxi at the airport. That was a BIG mistake. For any future travelers to CDMX, I would highly recommend that you do NOT use the taxi service at the airport. I think that they charged me 1,250 pesos which is about $65 dollars. However, on my return trip to the airport, I was sure to use UBER and was only charged about $20 dollars. Please consider using UBER !!

- perfect location: walking distance from several attractions, restaurants and super easy to book Ubers to and from the hotel - we felt it was a safe area. hotel security was always present and available - great facilities: superior suites are spacious, clean and the bed is great - nice breakfast with some traditional Mexican options - friendly and helpful staff. easy and safe to store luggage before check in and after check out

- floor in superior suites is a bit old, but easy to get over - it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, as some guests speak loudly in the corridors - we asked for a room in one of the top floors, as we read that the ground floor can be noisier. feel free to do the same if this is an issue for you (take into account that there is no elevator)

Very very good budget hotel in a safe area of Roma Norte. Hotel: well sized room. Very clean with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. There was some noise from the road which was loud but I think this depends on which room you get. No AC. Breakfast: included in price for our booking. Eggs, beans, veg and a meat dish. Yoghurt, fresh fruit and coffee too. Location: Safe area in Roma Norte. Very short walk to all main attractions of CDMX (except the historic centre which is a little further - about 1 hour walk). Very nice coffee spots and dinners nearby. Very well connected with Uber. Overall: This is an excellent budget option. Would stay here again for sure!

The architecture of the space was very unique and cool. It has an open layout and very cutely decorated. WiFi was quite fast and reliable. It was walking distance to Codesa and Roma Norte. There was free breakfast included but that selection was limited.

The standard rooms were quite small and air flow was nonexistent even with the small window. After a shower, it would be very humid, and unless you open the door, the wetness stuck around. Then you can hear a lot of the sounds from other guests as well, which can be very loud as sounds travels and gets trapped within the atrium area.

Thank you very much to all the staff, especially Daniela, who satisfied our request and provided us with a room on the top floor. I also really liked the breakfasts, of course there were so many people, so many opinions... but for me everything was simple, unobtrusive. Fresh and healthy food, thank you very much for everything

It was very hot weather in the city, we were unlucky, the room was really very hot, no air conditioning. But we felt like students, we coped with everything... the main thing is a positive attitude

The room was indeed very big! The hotel is nice and safe, and the staff was ready to help. They have a Whatsapp number as a digital guide which was a very great help. The breakfast (buffet) is very nice and fresh

Our room was facing the restaurant and on Saturday night was loud (likely we liked their music selection though lol). We are very chill travelers so nothing really bothers us but just keep that in mind if you want a total quite place. The door of the shower had a small problem but I must say that we called them and they fixed it, so all good :)

The eggs & beans where good, adding tortillas & salsas would make it a lot better. I did ask for salsa and they had some the next day. Victor was very helpful especially with translations when I didn't have enough Spanish to communicate over the phone.

It was noisy in the morning as our room was beside the restaurant & the water pressure in the shower was very weak & alternated between hot & cold. Trickle cold followed by pressured scalding made it difficult to shower. They need to upgrade the showers to temperature balanced controls.

The room was a good size, and kept clean and tidy The breakfast was basic, but tasty and filling. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, even though we were right by reception. Staff were so lovely, and always on hand to help! They all spoke good english which was useful.

The shower in our room (104) had quite low pressure for warm water, so showers weren’t super enjoyable

Great location in Condesa. There is a lot of things near to the hotel and the area is one of the safer neighborhoods of CDMX. The room was big and the bed was soft and comfortable. The shower had hot water and they provided good soap and shampoo and towels. The room had air conditioning if you wanted and a small window. The property itself was very beautiful and kept well. The staff was probably the best part of the stay. They were super kind and helpful with any information or help that I needed, the front desk staff all spoke English as well. The breakfast was good enough. I would stay again and recommend.
