Very clean, very safe location, cute decor. Located right by a gas station and Wendys. I preferred this stay over the Red Cabins personally.

The AC was being a little goofy, but was still working, I just had to set it to lower then normal the blow cold air. For my folks unable to use stairs, they did not have a working elevator so make sure to get a handicap accessible room on the first floor!

It's a relatively quiet place, has a great price, has big rooms, and is clean. The ice machine is a nice plus. I can't comment on the pool; it was too cold weather to try. Breakfast (basically for free).

It's a bit worn and not the most shiny room you've been in, but everything is working and clean. The breakfast is just basic, and it's the same every day - no variations, no yogurt, no fresh fruits or vegetables, no muffins, just cereals with milk or waffles or egg and sausage flat cakes.

For 7 years we have enjoyed year round vacations and always stayed at IHG. Unbelieveably IHG beds were hard as a rock as we stayed two nights for $271.99 . Booking.com suggested Quailty Inn at a 40% discount to the IHG price. WOW - the beds were plush and soft with a firm base and our two nights of bad sleep at IHG were contrasted by a WONDERFUL solid sleep. When you enjoy the surrounding activities and are active daily the two prime things you want in motel are showers and a great bed. Quality Inn has NEW, fresh interior and IHG has lingered for years. Quality INN is our new, GO-TO place to stay, IHG is no longer competetive! Thank you for a great stay and a SOLID sleep

The different Floors and directions walking around are a little bit confusing.

The location was great, the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady who was working when we checked out. She was an older lady who said she worked there 2 days a week. She have us some local tips which were very welcomed and we really appreciated it. They were good tips! The rooms were clean, it was great to have a breakfast and the pool was a nice too!.

Perhaps some breakfast food that was a bit healthier. All the cereal was sugar based.

We were overall pleasently surprised by the quality of stay we had at the Quality Inn in Kanab. The room was nice, beds were comfy, everything was clean and the check-in was seamless (albeit not super friendly). Can't beat the price!

The only couple of issues we had were that the flooring in our bathroom was buckled and coming up, the towel rack was hanging off the wall with the screw protruding and in the pool area, the handrail into the pool was the same, completely broken and unsafe. We were dissappointed to see that they have filled in a spa in the pool area, which would have been a nice spot to enjoy the sunset sky. At breakfast, I came downstairs just about 2 minutes after they closed up at 9:30 (normal time is typically 10) and was met with a not too happy kitchen staffer who didn't take kindly to me asking if I could just grab a single thing to go while the food was still out. Not a big deal, just not great customer service.

Good location, even if outside the village centre. Quick check-in. Could open the window, which was nice for some fresh air. Free coffee. Has ATM available. Free parking, good wifi.

No elevator. Rather small and limited breakfast. Has indoor pool, which funny enough has a window to the reception - not the most appealing to attend.

Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had great access. Not in walking distance to restaurants in town, but that was okay for us. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was clean, organized, and good. We loved that the coffee/hot cocoa bar was accessible all day.

For a Quality Inn level hotel, it was excellent for our stay. There wasn't much we didn't like. We were there during the off-season and it was quiet. On our lazy morning, we wished the breakfast room had stayed open later! There was a rattle in the piece of furniture that the TV sat on and we discovered it was the cupboard door. We stuffed a couple of tissues in the door and that solved the problem.

The room was clean and comfortable. We did not go through the main area of the hotel but the hall and stairwell were clean. My only concern was the back door we used was broken and so anyone could gain access to the hotel from there.

Breakfast was good--eggs, sausage and the usual hotel breakfast. Wonderful view from our room. Ask for back of hotel on the left side! Red cliffs in the morning. Right next to the visitor center that has a good film and geology exhibit. Next to that is a great Wendy's/7 eleven and gas station. This hotel is on Hwy 89 the main road that takes you to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Beautiful area. Nice small town.

Staff could not find our reservation on check in. Asked me to call booking.com. In the end they found it but there was never an assurance that they would supply rooms at booked rate even though he was looking at confirmation on my device. Bus loads checked in...in middle of nite. Very noisy!
