My recent stay at the Holiday Inn was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. The room was immaculate, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. It was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are top priorities for the hotel. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a bonus for both leisure and work purposes.

Lady at check in was very friendly. nice property. Good location. Great breakfast

crumbs under bed sheet. Our child was upset and crying middle of the night and the front desk called us at 1am to tell us to make him stop crying. 1st of all a loud phone doesn't help a baby stop crying and it isn't like we were not trying to get him back to sleep.

I really liked the walk in shower. Breakfast had a good variety of food and the grab & go was great to have a mid-morning snack during my work meetings.

Had a little trouble getting the thermostat adjusted to best level on the 1st day, but that was probably the operator. Second day was great.

We loved our room. It was nice and roomy. The complimentary happy hour was such a surprise. We had a beer and nachos. Breakfast was very good. Loved the cinnamon rolls. All of the staff we talked to were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Construction in the lobby was not appealing, so we ate on the patio. The comforter is too hot, and without it, and only a sheet, I was.cold.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent. The rooms were large, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic. Great breakfast with lots of choices. The pool and patio area was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed swimming to cool down after days out in the 100+ degree weather.

The only issue we had was that our bathroom sink was draining very very slow and eventually stopped draining at all. The front desk said maintenance would stop by and they never did. We asked again the next morning and when we got back in the late afternoon no one had fixed it. After 3 attempts we gave up because we were leaving the next morning.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was solid and had a lot of options. The room was clean and serviced daily.

There was some type of renovation happening on my floor. You could hear it during the day, but I never heard anything at night or in the early morning. If you're a light sleeper or like to sleep in, this might be a consideration.

Bed was greate, room was greate, `staff was kind and helpfull. Location was conviniet in my case.

~Breakfast uh - it was there - that's a plus. And staff was working hard to make it as good as posible. But... as European traveler/expat lining in southeast Asia - at this price i almost always gett better Breakfast

Clean and quiet rooms, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, very nice experience.

Breakfast could be more varied, coffee container was often empty in the morning.

I’m extremely picky when it comes to hotels and this one was wonderful!!!! it smelled good throughout, the rooms was clean and very large, the beds and pillows are so comfortable!! I HIGHLY recommend this property and trust me that’s saying a lot coming from me!!

Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was clean and they turned the A/C on like I requested.

Wish that had pool time for adults only.
