The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shower was excellent! Good location.

It wasn’t very clean. Even when you asked them to clean your room and they did, it was still not very clean. At times, bedding was not changed and there was hair all over the floor. The most important thing that was a problem was the lack of heating device, like a microwave or even a small pan to heat milk, etc in.

Wonderful hotel in a quite place in a very popular and touristy area. All major sites are very close though require a lot of walking uphill. The apartment was great, clean, spacious, well equipped. Don't forget to check out the terrace on the roof! It has the most amazing view, it's always open and available for guests

It's not very soundproof, in the bathroom you can here people talking in the other room very clearly. But it didn't bother me much with closed doors

The apartment was very comfortable for long stays. We had a separate bedroom and a living room with nicely equipped kitchen. The bed was very big and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were luck to get a room on the ground floor because there is no elevator. The rooftop is beautiful! with a sea view and clean seating areas. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

The location is good but not very walkable for older people or the ones with difficulty to walk, to get to the tram you need to climb a steep hill. It would be nice if the balcony is cleaned from time to time.

I had a fantastic stay at Seven Roses Apart Hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, which was very reassuring. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, with special thanks to Atilla Bey and Faruk Bey, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The property felt very safe, which added to the overall comfort. Its location was also a major plus, being close to the Hagia Sophia and conveniently near a tram stop, making it easy to reach other attractions in the city. I highly recommend Seven Roses Apart Hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in this beautiful city.🫶🏼

The location is great, and even though there is no public transport near, you will be quite literally 10-15 minutes away from Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet and the city center in general. There are also a lot of supermarkets and grove stores nearby and a lot of restaurants. The owner (Atilla) was very helpful and helped us by allowing us to leave our luggage in the building, before our flight after we’ve checked out. The place is very clean and neat, wifi is great, and the bathroom is nice. We enjoyed our stay, very much!

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything about it. Only thing that you should take into consideration when booking is that Istanbul is a very steep and hilly with many narrow streets and this location might not be ideal for the elderly or disabled.

My son and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seven Roses Apart/hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Mr Atilla went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped and comfortable. The apartment accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our 11 night stay truly memorable. With a great location and  beautiful surrounding atmosphere,  exploring the city was a breeze.  I can’t wait to return to seven roses apart hotel on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Location was 10 min from the airport, the rooms were small but very clean. There were a number of restaurants available within walking distance.

The only thing that was a little difficult was getting a taxi to the airport. Their private taxi costs 25 euros, so I went with a regular taxi, which costs about 10 euros, or about 300 lira. The taxi driver claimed his card reader had no batteries, so I was not able to pay by credit card, and since I was leaving Istanbul, I did not have any more lira. The taxi driver then charged me more in USD than I should have paid and was very aggressive, so whatever taxi company they called ended up being a negative experience.

I took a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very convenient with family. It was very spacious and has kitchen which helped us a lot.All major attractions are close by. House clean was pretty good with extra towels etc.

Bathrooms could be slightly better. It had couple of broken fixtures but overall with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedroom it was great for the price. I am used to staying in Marriott so comparison may not be fair.

The room was clean,amenities complete,the staff was friendly and price was good.They allow cooking and there was extra bed.Wifi was good and the location near public park,grocery shop and restaurant.

1.no elevator so it is a hassle for a group of family with small kids like me 2. The location, i need to climb steep hill to reach tourist attraction or nearest public transport,,and the road was uneven and narrow with vehicle passing by so totally uncomfortable for me to push my baby stoller along the way.

We got excellent support at the hotel. The apartment was good, with a nice balcony, very comfortable bed, air conditioning and a small kitchen. The area perfect for exploring Istanbul with some great restaurants.

A bit more kitchen equipment needed, however when we asked there was always a very prompt response and we quickly got everything we needed.
