Began with the an excellent welcome by the Staff, presenting a Juice & Tea. Moved to the Reception office, and was very smooth & rapid CHECKIN. Been alloted ROOM 502, which was extra clean & comfy. Superb relaxing BED and lovely spacious RESTROOM. Stayed for 3 nights, BREAKFAST included which was huge / delicious / fresh with unlimited TEA. Finally at CHECKOUT, which was again very fast, requested to leave the luggage for couple of days, coz need to catch the flight for the other city, Hence again, with a great smile they accepted the request. I would finish with, the whole STAFF, along with the OWNERS itself all all were more then kind. I would recommend this place for each & every traveler, whether family, friends of COUPLE. Definitely would stay at the same MANSION without any doubts. Thank you the TEAM of BEGONVILLE MANSION for all your love & hospitality. Appreciated.

There was not even a single negative / disturbing thing.

Check-in was a smooth process, and you felt very welcome. The room was spacious, clean and we could hear no noise from the street. Breakfast was nice and served at the table. The hotel is located on a quiet street, with lots of restaurants nearby, as well as supermarket and shops. It is close to the mosques, just a bit uphill walk though. It was very relaxing to come back to a clean, quiet room after a long day of sightseeing. We checked out before breakfast on the last day, but they made us sandwiches and drinks to take with. Very great service from all people working on-site.

We stayed at Begonville on a girls trip and had a great experience. We got upgraded to a bigger room free of charge, which we really appreciated, it was very comfortable. The hosts offered a welcome drink of tea and coffee and got heaps of recommendations for our trip. We pretty much walked everywhere in Sultanahmet, it’s more than manageable. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, it was the same every morning, but it has a good variety of different foods and was more than enough to start the day for us. You can see on the picture what we got for two with one of us being vegetarian. They have multiples buildings in the street and their cafe/restaurant where we had breakfast and got 10% off for any other visit. We were able to leave our luggage in their office space after check out until leaving for our flight. Would definitely stay again, it’s great value for your money.

Nothing to mention.

The room was cute, comfortable, clean (housekeeping comes daily) and exactly as pictured. The hotel and restaurant staff were very responsive and kind. They even drove us over to the bus stop to catch the airport bus. Super nice of them! :) The location is good. It's about a 9 min walk to the tram station (uphill, but not bad) And 12 ish to the main square with the top attractions. Breakfast was good and filling with speedy and friendly service! It was our first time in Istanbul and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Everything was in order as we expected. The location of the hotel is OK, since it is not located in the most turistic area. All places are reacheable within few minutes of walk so yuou donb't need any transport if you like to walk. The breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was ok, only some fruit could be included at the breakfast and not charged additonally. The Wi-Fi is free of charge, but is also not so good, so you have to have a patientice when using it.

No fruit at the breakfast unless you ask for it and is charged. Weak Wi-Fi in the hotel room. Bathroom tap was a bit loose.

Rooms were decorated in a decent way. Everything was neat and clean. The staff was really helpful. ( specifically Hamidi bro. )The best thing is that you can enjoy your coffee or meal at the same property. Cuisines were delicious and inexpensive. There are two parks at the both ends of the street. Both have fountains and benches as well as playground for kids. Shops were easily reachable and tourists attractions were also at walking distance.

Nothing 😊. our room fridge was not working but it was not a big deal. They tried to fix it but couldn’t make it in order. There is nothing which we didn’t like .

The hotel is at a very central area, with good access to Sultanahmet square and nearby points of interest. The room was small but efficient space-wise. A nice welcome coffee was offered along with 10% discount at the restaurant. Big shout out to Özme, the girl at the restaurant; she was super kind and very attentive!

A bit of dust behind the TV and curtains. The served breakfast was included; it was OK, a bit tedious as it is repeated every day, the only thing that varied was the way they cooked the eggs. The check in-out was OK, we didn't feel extremely special to the receptionist(/manager?).

The place and room are clean, organized, and quiet. When we arrived, the room was pleasantly fragrant, which made us feel very comfortable. The staff is kind and they cleaned the room even with just a few days of stay. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door and it's a typical Turkish breakfast, very well-served. In this same restaurant (which has a very beautiful decoration), we had lunch one day and the food was delicious. There are also several restaurant options nearby. The street is very peaceful and clean. It's possible to walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar with a good walk (around 20-minute). I would definitely stay here again!

Istanbul has many hills, and to reach the tourist spots and transportation, there are some very steep hills from the hotel. The nearest public transportation stop is 10-minute walk from the hotel, so be prepared for walks. This is the only downside of the accommodation, but even with it, I would stay at the hotel again due to the good positive points it offers.

The room was exactly like in the pictures on Booking. Super clean, everything in good working condition. Great air conditioning. Beautiful bathroom. They change our sheets and towels and cleaned the bathroom after the 2nd day. Quiet area, with several town houses part of the Begonville complex. Great breakfast.

For us, the location worked well, but is good to know that in order to get to the Bazzar or Aya Sophia, you need to go up the hill for 15 mins. Some of the streets are pretty steep. Also a waste basket in the room will be helpful.

The room small but very clean, the bed comfortable. The bathroom immaculate. Personal safe and toiletries plus a refrigerator. We were at the front of the apartment building but very little noise from outside. Having breakfast at the adjacent cafe/restaurant included was a bonus and great value. Check in was very smooth, staff very pleasant and helpful and Begonville arranged pick up from Istanbul airport which I would recommend obviously at extra cost but well worth it for the hour plus journey.

Only that the air con did not seem to be working but we didn't mention as going in February we could cope with it being a little warm in the room in the morning. I am sure it would have been attended to if we had bothered to ask.
