Location of the hotel is excellent close enough to the town but not too close. Hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. The facilities around the hotel are nice and very comfortable. Have stayed in this hotel so many times and absolutely love it and its vibe. The added bonus is the pool area overlooking Mont Blanc it’s just stunning. My advice for anyone looking to stay here is get a room with a balcony facing Mont Blanc (pool side) it is totally worth it and the rooms on that side of the hotel are bigger too.

Rooms are very dark need some more lights in the room. I would love it if they got rid of the carpet it’s an awful brown and looks like it’s there for years. These are the only two things I would change about the place.

As usual, the facilities are great. A mix between modern and cozy, very good breakfast.

I am a returning customer for years. As usual, I have requested an underground parking for which I have even received a confirmation. Upon entering the garage, seems that it was already full. Quite disappointed and while calling the reception from outside, I get a very "sorry not my problem" answer from Felix. Not the best customer experience...Imagine I book a room, and upon arrival, reception tells me "sorry we are full, go somewhere else". I think communication with customers can definitely be improved, and while some staff are very nice and helpful, Felix seemed to not give a damn about people's issues.

lovely facility’s for spa, and amazing location for centre of the town to get to slopes and restaurants/shops. staff were friendly and helpful on reception/bar/cleaners/ski hire downstairs all wonderful!

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice for every taste, and having the bus stop over the road the location is excellent. The outside pool and spar area is very good, could do with a bigger Jacuzzi as it only fits 4 people so you have to wait for them to get out and the shower by the jacuzzi doesn't work, which you should get a shower before entering the jacuzzi.

Size of jacuzzi, shower not working by the jacuzzi and even with the heating turned off in the bed room the rooms are still warm so we had to open the balcony door which resulted in noise from the bar by the hotel and also the binmen emptying the big bins facing are room.

Great lounge to spend time as the weather was really bad on the days visisted. Good breakfast selection. Excellent location i.e. in front of Chamonix sud bus station. 5 minutes walk from Aiguille-du-midi cable car station. 5 minutes walk from town centre. Very helpful staff. On one evening, there were some singers/musicians in the lounge area - great addition. IMPORTANT: There is a rotary phone (see photo) in the room. Newer generations may not know how to use it ;-)

We had a Junior suite room, so 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. In general lighting in the room needs some work, it's really dim. Terrace/balcony in Junior suite room has a single outdoor chair!!

Spa area (Pool, Sauna, etc) was super nice. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable.

Noise - there was very loud music from the bar area (of this hotel) til past 10pm. Even after that, we could hear noisy group outside (of the bar area). I think the hotel hosted some business workshop thing, and these people tend to be noisy after drinking. The hotel gave us a room closest to the bar area on the 1st floor, just above the bar area, even though we told the hotel we are with a child.. I should've asked them to change, but I didn't expect the 'party' in the hotel goes on till midnight.

The room had a spectacular view to the mountains and was very cosy. Tasty breakfast. Very clean.

- It was very hot in the room, we didn't had the option to put the heat on a lower temperature. - In the minibar was only water - We couldn't eat in the hotel restaurant (lunch or dinner), it was unavailable for individual guest, so they just redirect us to other places (many of it closes because the off season). I found it disturbing that although there was a restaurant in the hotel, we could not eat there. - The water in the outdoor pool was cold, it should be increased by a few degrees to have a comfortable temperature.

Good spa with hammam and dry sauna. Good location, friendly staff, nice restaurant.

Hotel a bit dated, would nice to have a bit of fixes here and there. Lift doesn't really go where you want, lol

outdoor pool, dog friendly (I didn’t bring one but love that it was), lounge area, and health spa. views also great as well as positioning right next to bud stop

reservation team didn’t reply to any of my emails regarding ski passes and even once there they made us wait and keep returning to reception saying they were busy. it took from my first email, x 3, to 2 calls, to a further multiple visits to reception to get the passes advertised, started on 3 Dec and too til 19 Dec to get it sorted.
