The room looked new. The staff went above and beyond. The location was near my conference venue.

The food for one breakfast was not good. The hot options were a crustless quiche that didn't taste good, a bell pepper omelet (not a fan of bell peppers), and turkey sausage that looked green and under cooked. I kept trying to eat until I started feeling nauseous. The next morning was MUCH better. There was plain scrambled eggs, sausage that was the right color and looked cooked, and waffles. I ate happily that morning.

Right from the start our valet Freddie was fabulous! Friendly and conversational. We felt well taken care of. Front desk associate was so friendly and made check in a breeze. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to our show at the House of Blues.

Yes parking is $50 a night but that’s standard for downtown Houston. Yes there is city noise, to be expected. Only 1 trash can in the whole room but no big deal.

The free breakfast was welcome, and I think it included a good range for all tastes. The location was fantastic for me - my RedCoach bus dropped me off at the door, and the Astroville Walking Tour of the Tunnels left from the Starbucks at the same location. The Receptionist was able to direct me to an ATM in the hotel reception around the corner which was very helpful.

The latest late check out I could get was an hour later so I elected to book an extra night so I could stay until 6pm when my taxi was booked to take me to the airport.

The room was clean food was good staff was friendly environment was quite nice guest no problems at all loved my stay will refer and would love to see you again in the future

The pool could have been deeper and could have stayed open longer for adults but good for children so I won't complain to much

The check-in staff (Robbea & another gentleman whose name I didn't get but he worked til 8p Friday night and was back at 8a Saturday.) Robbea checked me in early which was soooo helpful. And any issues we had (dead phone) they took care of immediately. The gentleman helped me find a cart when the pickings were pretty sparse. and was just friendly and helpful overall.

My valet parking card said I could text the phone # given and enter the last 3 digits of my valet ID to have them bring my car. But that never worked so I had to call the desk or go to the desk and have them do it,.

Great value for money and everything you need. A well located hotel with large, well equipped rooms, a excellent hot breakfast. Also the hotel is located on the express bus route ( 102 bus)from the Airport and the bus to the Space Center( Bay area park and ride - bus 247). James at reception was helpful and professional.

Everything was walking distance

Very clean , friendly staff , an the young guy that was a bartender was amazing the two days i stayed !! He was super friendly , very patient an made great drinks !! I give him 10/10 for sure !!!

The staff was very courtesy and helpful. Eric in the dining facility was exceptional in his service. It was centrally located to our venue and other places.

Convinient location nice room. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall enjoyed stay and would visit again.

Could of had King size bed and shower had a slow drip.

Really best stay ever!! My family enjoyed it a lot. Location is just right, in the middle of downtown! Breakfast is awesome, staff is really nice. We would like to visit again!! Recommended for Family and otherwise.
