A constantly (positivley) surprising hotel, full of lovely little perks and services. We requested on of the quieter rooms due to one of us being a troubled sleeper, and were pleasantly surprised at the silence provided by the room, despite the street noise etc in the middle of the day. The provision of water, mini-bar stock, toiletries, bath robes and bath slippers were all a highlight, so often missed by other hotels. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable that we've ever slept in during a trip or holiday abroad. We slept in late one morning due to the long day previously with early flights etc, and were pleasantly surprised to see our room cleaned (and as tidy as when we first arrived) when we returned from our lunch and afternoon out. Oyunaa's cleaning service of the room was fantastic, and it was so lovely to come back to re-straightened towels etc. The luggage storage service offered for pre/post check-in and check-out also makes the logistics of travelling much easier. Faultless. Wonderful service. Very friendly staff.

There was no reference on our booking to a 100CHF deposit upon arrival; this was not a problem, but it would have been nice if this was mentioned. The hotel was nicer than the street it was on, but it was still a good area. We were not asked how our stay was when we checked out. However, none of the above would stop me from staying here again.

The room was very comfortable with great facilities: Nespresso coffee machine, water and snacks which were topped up on a regular basis. We had a view of the skyline and the Alps from our fifth floor bedroom. The hotel room had sliding doors which allowed the bathroom to be separated off from the hotel room - There were Clarins products in the shower room - The hotel staff were helpful and loaned us an adaptor for our stay - Geneva is a beautiful city and we were close to the lake, Christmas market and the train station

- We had to request coffee refills on one of the days as these weren’t left after cleaning - Breakfast wasn’t included and to have a cooked breakfast it was about her 25 CHF per person - The location of the hotel was in the less pleasant part of town

I like the reception who was on duty on 19/7/2024. She is really helpful. At least i am not getting the vibe my wife and I not welcome here (at least this is the general vibe i am getting anywhere in swiss as a muslim couple)

Lack of communication from the hotel on their breakfast serving. Especially on the hot food that they serves. The waiter that serves us on 20/7/2024 gives me the not welcoming strare. Until i step into the breakfast area and trying to get a seat, then she ask for my room number. She should have been greeting me the 1st time i am at the breakfast bar and ask for my room number instead of starung at me.

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure to help us get situated even though we arrived a tad bit early. The room was very clean and spacious and the location near the lake was a short 5 minute walk away. We also received some wonderful recommendations for a fondue dinner, the Choco pass activity and even were given a free public transport pass so that we could take either a bus or the water taxis. The final cherry on top was the fact that the reception treated us to a glass of champagne each to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary.

EastWest Hotel has high quality in many aspects, the staff both in front desk and housekeeping is very discrete and professional. Breakfast service is also good and considering that there are not many options available near by I recommend to make it included with the room.

Bed banner, on the bed you can find a banner that serve no purpose and it is belongs to another era and certainly not to an hotel like EW that score very high on so many level. In any case it is not decorative and the guest will have to remove it. Both men toilets at the spa do not close well, need fixing.

The property was so clean and very close to the most famous areas of Geneva town. There are 2 most rated restaurants nearby the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful, Turkish man who works at the reception helped us a lot about where to go and visit and showed the most famous, must see places on the map. He was so friendly and helpful. Sorry to forgot his name but our trip became even more beautiful thanks to his suggestions.

Spacious, clean and well-designed room. We stayed at the executive suite which has 2 floors and bath tub. It was a really good experience.

Having a bath not just a shower and a Nespresso machine. Discrete and efficient housekeeping. Quiet room.

Little things have changed with new ownership. We used to have bottled water each evening but now just on arrival. Likewise the coffee capsules used to be replaced each day but this didn't happen. We asked to buy some at reception and were given some at no charge. Body lotion was not topped up. All minor things but a little worrying that the previous excellent standards may be relaxed.

fairly easy to get to and rather comfortable. Jersey at the reception was really helpful and attentive. the room we had via booking.com was a free upgrade, therefore good value for money. not sure what the other room would have looked like, but paying that price for the deluxe room we got was adequate.

we did not have the breakfast included and we ended up getting it, but would not recommend. there are far better and cheaper options in close proximity (actually just across the street is a pastry shop that sold a light continental breakfast that looked more appealing than the one at the hotel. also the prices are pretty steep (for a but of bread, a coffee and a juice - not fresh - chf 15.- / for an american breakfast chf 29.- — unless you are a competitive eater, not worth it)

The hotel is in an amazing location. It is right in the centre of everything. The room was very comfortable and had great amenities. The best part was the parking. You could park in the garage des Alps. It was super close and we arrived at night and left early and it was only 4 CHF. So cheap it was unbelievable.

Geneva is expensive and the hotel was costly. It did live up to its price. The room was so spacious and had a cool design. Driving to it was stressful because it is in the crowded small streets of Geneva.

Great location near lake and easy short walk to train station. Very comfortable room and bed. Front desk staff really friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was somewhat limited but decent quality. Breakfast service could have been much better. Nothing in the restaurant or on the tables to explain what was available (although there was a menu in one of the two lifts). One waiter who didn’t bother to explain anything to any of the guests although you could get what you wanted once you worked it out for yourself. Could be easily improved!
