The property is located in a most beautiful neighborhood in Florence. They have free parking on the property, the rooms are comfortable and the staff members are most welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many items to choose from. I must compliment the staff members with whom we had contact: Serverio the evening manager welcomed us upon check in and was extremely helpful and informative. Antonio the bartender directed us to non touristy attractions and was always very attentive. Cristian and Roland , the daytime managers were very attentive and helpful. Vanessa, the breakfast manager made certain that we had everything we needed, and did it with a smile.

First of all, forgive me for not remembering the gentleman who greeted us, (Sul….). He was wonderful! He greeted us with a welcoming smile, answered our questions, even providing us with a map and suggestions of things to do and see. Recommended places to eat and made reservations at a local place place for dinner on the night we arrived. He brought us drinks in the evening and was always there to meet us and ask us how are day was, we couldn’t have had a better experience! Breakfast was wonderful and coffee delish. Parking was on site, but you could walk or easily take the bus into Florence, which was a treat in itself. We went to the Market in Florence, which was amazing, but make sure you get there before 3:00, it shuts down promptly. The area is amazing with villas all along the walk into town. Thank you for making our stay so special.

This place ticked all our boxes and more. The secure parking in the grounds was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room wasn't massive but had all we needed. You had the option to eat breakfast outside, which was wonderful. The location was also amazing as with only a 20 mins walk you were outside the Boboli Gardens - opposite the entrance is a roundabout and over the other side is an excellent local restaurant called Antique Porta. A great stay and we would definitely come back.

The staff is the real star at the hotel, every single staffmember was extreamly friendly and helpful. The staff in the reception spoke very good english and gladly helped us to decide what to see in Florence and marked all on the map (a very helpful darkhaired man who has children), this was so precious for us to get the most out our stay in Florence. Nice and clean room with spacious bathroom. Very good aircondition. Easy and accessable parking only about 20-50 meters from the reception. Not too far from the center.

Location was perfect, out of the city but 20 min walking distance to the city center. Very scenic location. Christian welcomed us and, took great pride in explaining us the way to explore Florence. That made our trip very good. The hotel room was spacious and felt like we were living in our home. Calm and cozy. The room was clean, and had a small private patio. The breakfast was optimum and good. Unfortunately due to the weather, we were unable to sit outside for breakfast. The hotel staff was really friendly. Overall it's an excellent place to stay in Florence and will definitely recommend this place for family and friends. Indeed a pity that it's just 3 stars. I would at least rate it 4 stars.

Maybe some more varieties of bread and juice.

This was such an adorable and lovely hotel just minutes away from downtown Florence. The hotel staff were exceptional and always willing to accommodate anything you needed. Shout out to Christian at the front desk for always being kind and helpful. The room was also very clean and quiet. It was so nice to be away from the hussle and busy streets of downtown Florence, but be close enough to explore. You are about a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that can take you right down into the heart of Florence if you also desire to take a bus into town which made it also very convenient for a ride back. I seriously cannot say enough about this little piece of paradise in Florence. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The staff who helped our check-in had full map of Firenze in his memory, his guide was amazing. And the villa itself, staying there was such a nice experience. Safe private parking, waking up in the morning and face the pretty garden under sun, quiet area, prime location to visit michelangelo hill. 여기 정말 좋았어요.

Not really but breakfast is just basic? If you want authentic *Italian life* experience local bar would be better. And we got a room upgrade(which is so nice of them) but the entry light of the room was dead. However it is just a minor discomfort, I'm writing it here to let them know so that they could fix it.

A beautiful hotel with a stylish lobby area surrounded by pretty gardens which are a welcome escape from the busy city centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a delux room which was large and had a small terrace area, this was perfect. The only small negative was that the mattress was uncomfortable and there was very little storage for clothes.

Staff were beyond exceptional looking to make our stay better. Good breakfast with plenty of variety. Hotel, in a very secure gated area with surrounding parkland. Easy no. 11 bus in and out of the city centre.

The writing desk was small and had a tv on it. Plenty of power points but no USB. No restaurants nearby.

Comfortable room. Friendly staff (especially Savorio who did the most professional welcome that we’ve ever experienced) Superb breakfast. The location suited us - as it is outside the hustle and bustle and very peaceful - but you have to be prepared to walk. The grounds are fabulous and the villa is set back way back off the road. It felt like a peaceful oasis.

The air conditioning in the room is all or nothing.
