Rooms very good can't fault them at all nice clean comfortable apartments. **Just what you need when away for a self-catering holiday** The snack bar is nice and has some lovely food on we ate a few times. Free towel service is available to use by the pool. Washing /drying machines easy to use once you understand the app for them if you don't carry cash. Will be back.

There's zero entertainment! There is plenty for children to do during the day, but the evening is different. Bar shuts at 22.00, and it is rather rude when people are still drinking to turn lights out on paying customers ,Leaving all the glasses on tables dirty all night wasn't a good look after closing the bar either. The bar evening staff should make sure that the tables are clean and clear for the next day before leaving work, which wasn't done on multiple evenings. Burgers are nice but need to be cooked a little longer for me. Tho, it was delicious and edible. Personally, a little longer on the grill would have been perfect then.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean. We had been before the refurb and they have done a nice job. Housekeeping comes every day. The life guard (more like pool manager) is always doing something around the area, cleaning, sanitizing etc. He ensures that the rules in the pool and jacuzzi are followed. We didnt eat at the hotel as we were self catering but the drinks from the bar were not over priced.

Rooms could do with some sound proofing. Can hear the water running from the shower and toilets very loudly from other apartments. Would not recommend if you have teenagers as there is not a lot to do - but site does have tennis court etc.

the apartment was ample and nice, good kitchen and applicances. the terrace/balcony was very nice to allow the evening play out, have a drink, or play a game of cards. Breakfast was good and plenty, and the pools were quite clean - there are 3 of them, plus a jacuzzi which we never used.

Callao Salvaje is pretty silent at night, which is both a plus and a minus. We list it here as a minus as it would be nice to at least have a bit of local night life, but apart from a handful of restaurants there's not much of that in the region.

rooms as pictured. clean pool, nice bar. great point for just staying by the pool or explore Tenerife. the staff was very helpful - reception, bar, activities manager. all great experience.

Breakfast is the best 👌 also room cleaning every day is awesome. Plenty of parking spaces good location.

If your room located in the second floor or first floor and you have loud neighbors that don't go to sleep till 2 o'clock running around moving chairs around impossible to sleep. No any room insulation from the noise outside or above. Also gym need some more equipment at least some free weights and some towels.

The staff are the best! Very helpful and friendly. I am going to say we will definitely come back but this was our second time already. Rooms are clean, facilities very clean. I didn't participate in the leisure activities but they were greatly organised. You can see guests young and old having a good time.

The breakfast. Staff and presentation of food is wonderful. But the coffee is aweful, its instant. The bar has great coffee but opens at 10 (our babies are up at 6 and a good coffee at breakfast would be greatly appreciated). Doesn't need a major investment. If you make a big pot of coffee once an hour its okay.

Good choice of food and beverages for breakfast and well displayed at the buffet. Coffee was excellent. The staff who serviced the rooms were first class.

The only choice of bar was the pool bar as the other was always closed. We selected breakfast only as the only choice for dining was the buffet. Given further choice we would have gone for all inclusive.

It's a fairly new hotel, when you book a suite you get a two room apartment - spacious and equipped with a kitchen, all necessary supplies are available. I really liked the food: seafood every evening, drinks are not included in the half board price

I can't give this hotel a 10 because the shower cubicle was leaking. We were given a room for people with disabilities and the cubicle had two glass walls. The only way out was to throw towels on the floor, otherwise there was water everywhere. The cleaners are well aware of this, but nevertheless, instead of administration making the seams more airtight, the cleaners put up a liner - save the water and don't wash your towels every day

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, it was much more than we were expecting. Location: a quiet place that has everything except crowds of tourists. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as two shops where you can find everything you need. Room: actually, it is like an apartment with a balcony for a beautiful breakfast. It is cool that the sleeping room is separated from the kitchen. Our stay was at the beginning of January, so we could enjoy our time in a heated swimming pool, as well as in the jacuzzi (note that pregnant women are not allowed to stay in the jacuzzi). But the beach is 7 min walk from the hotel, where you can also swim (the water was appr. 20-22'C), it is possible to catch the time when there are almost no waves. I highly recommend to have lunch provided at the hotel, it is a buffet lunch that also contains mussels prepared only for you!

We were always disturbed by the cleaning, but it is the only complaint I can have about the hotel and the stay itself.

The apparent was very nice, clean and well stocked. There was plenty of activities during the day if you wanted to join in, if not there was two pools one which was away from the activities. It is located near a nice little beach, there is also a path you can walk all the way along the coast to Los Cristianos, if you can walk about 20 miles. The village has some nice restaurants and the odd little bars with karaoke if that's your thing(the 3 horse shoes), but in general it is a very peaceful place you can switch off and relax. I would definitely return.

There was extensive work happening around the pool which we were not informed about when booking or arrival. I know maintaining the hotel is important but this was not reflected in the price which was not cheap. We did email the hotel during our stay but no resolve was given. This was a pity as it was a very nice place and I would have given it 10/10 had a resolve been made.
