The food quality and selection was excellent - big praise to the kitchen. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and helpful - big thank you to all of the staff. The room was clean and big with a good view from the balcony. Also all areas of the hotel were kept clean and tidy.

Although the room is stated to be "soundproof", I am wondering how that was assessed - the noise from the street could be heard quite well through the room door. The aircondition system was rather on the loud side - that could be better for a 5star hotel. Furthermore, I believe that the hotel should focus a bit more on maintenance of the property and the furniture, as some of it looked and felt already quite used.

Exceptional resort, probably the nicest I’ve stayed in Europe and close enough to some of the best I’ve experienced in Asia too. Biggest pro is the gastronomy, from the room service to the rooftop cocktails to El Rincón, San Ho, il Boccacino and the royal breakfast - the food across most of the resort is incredible! The pool side food at the main pool leaves something to be desired but that’s a minor complaint. Staff were incredible, particularly the cleaning team who clean your room as if it’s your home, organising your things and paying such incredible attention to detail. The resort has so much to it that you could potentially not leave for a week and be perfectly content, but that said - we did venture out to nearby la Caleta several nights eating in its lovely little restaurants and cafes which is a big plus from a location perspective.

Few little minor cons: 1. If you’re looking for a beach, the one next to the hotel isn’t great, I’d probably try somewhere closer to playa el duque like el mirador or something like ritz Carlton if you want a private beach. 2. The thermal suite needs to be booked and has a cost (we had 1 free visit) 3. Drinks at the pool are a bit pricey for what you get.. I know it’s an exclusive 5-star resort but some cocktails were €20+ which was a bit much I thought. All of these are so minor though, this place is paradise!!

We loved the location as the hotel has numerous of lovely restaurants but even when you walk outside you are greeted with so many lovely places to eat. The rooms are an amazing size and we loved the different pools we could go to along with pool bars but our favourite as being all adults was the roof top bar.

The only slight thing we would say is the time frame on the beds once you have reserved them. We did make the staff aware that the time frame they give you to go the room or for lunch is not enough and they take your towels away which we did think was quite unfair. We totally understand bed hogging but if your a guest at the hotel and your going for breakfast or lunch or back the room then you shouldn’t really have a time frame in my opinion.

5 stars treatment. Wonderful staff. Amazing facilities. Very spacious rooms and terrasses facing the ocean, offering plenty of sunshine. Speedy wifi. Indoor parking (for a fee).

The mattress was not as firm as I would have liked. While the reception and housekeeping teams did their best to accommodate my preference, unfortunately, it still wasn't firm enough for my comfort. Soundproofing from the room’s door was inadequate, as I could still hear noise from the hallway. Despite being inside the room, sounds from outside were quite noticeable. If not for the two points above, I would give a 10/10. The stay was excellent in all other aspects.

Every member of staff were exceptional…so friendly polite and professional. Our terrace was wonderful, the jacuzzi was great albeit a fair bit noisy! Our room was fabulously clean and exceptionally tidied every afternoon coming back from the beautiful pool.

Lack of a lounge area, we had friends staying so meeting up to head out for the evening in reception was slightly uncomfortable! Pool service maybe could be improved on, although I know it isn’t all-inclusive, pool waiter service could be offered. Our room really should have something to hang toilet roll on instead of balancing on top of the handrail. Wardrobe doors a little heavy to move. I’m not over keen on an open bathroom even tho the toilet had a sliding door I feel it should be more private.

As a returning guests we really appreciate the high standard of service, attentiveness of staff and such a relaxing atmosphere. Everything you need to have for a few days of break - whether it’s your holiday or just pause during the hectic working season. The location of hotel is perfect, rooftop pool is amazing, gym is nicely equipped and breakfasts are so delicious. Spacious room with panoramic ocean view - the place you would always like to return to. The Spa is also worth to be visited, the massage therapists are goodnesses:)

At some point of time we always need to end our stay and return to work. This is really annoying:D

We keep returning to this hotel for a number of reasons - staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This time we would like to thank Kamila in particular. The breakfast is exceptional! We requested a particular room and staff went out of their way to make this happen. Rooms are lovely in terms of decor and comfort and junior suites with panorama sea view in particular are just amazing. It was my partner's birthday and we were given a complementary bottle of bubbly and a cake, which was such a nice touch. The location near La Caleta is great too - it is quiet (away from the touristy noise) but there is a selection of nice restaurants and a lovely little non-busy beach. The hotel and sister hotel (Suites) also boast a number of great restaurants (including two with Michelin stars). It is extremely easy to book a local taxi to go anywhere including back to the airport. We will be back as the hotel is simply one of our favorites for relaxing.

The room with the jacuzzi is very spacious The staff were amazing. They went to the shop to get suncream for me :) they made sure I was good at all times The jacuzzi was a lovely touch. Could do with a hamstring curl machine though :( Close enough to the airport about 20min in a taxi so 38 euros max. Adults only so very peaceful

Dinner at Nao was good as it was a different theme each night however not much selection of vegetables :( The hotel is abit isolated but is near one of the busy beaches. The hotel grounds felt abit smaller than I imagined but the hotel is split into two for adults and families so things like the icecream parlour and the starfish restaurant are in the family part so not that easily accessible. Overall very nice hotel. Clean and lovely staff.

We loved the hotel and the location. Amazing breakfast, such a variety. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. Lovely and thoughtful touch from the hotel to leave a bottle of champagne for my birthday.

The system with ordering coffee and cooked breakfast in the morning didn't quite work . A couple of mornings, our coffee never arrived to our table, even when we asked for it again. I think there was a confusion between tables. Third day our cooked breakfast wasn't delivered. There were plenty of choices for breakfast from the buffet and also a coffee machine so it wasn't a big deal but it could be improved.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, you couldn’t want for more! The rooms were bright, well equipped and well laid out. the bed was huge and really comfortable with a selection of pillows. The hotel was quiet and calming. The pool was lovely and had plenty of loungers and waiter service. What makes this hotel beyond its high rating is the staff, they made the whole experience absolutely fantastic!

One small niggle was that there is a beautiful bath in the room but no toiletries accessible to it as they are fixed to the wall either in the (lovely huge) shower or near the basins!
