Beautiful place, very new. Slightly overpriced though. The only negative thing is the fact that rooms were not equipped with Smart TVs (to watch streaming services such as Netflix). I think this is not acceptable for such a luxury hotel

The deluxe suite was very spacious and comfortable, the bed was divine. Loved the landscaping of the resort, staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was decent (except the juices from the carton, I wish they served fresh fruit juice)

location- it is quite secluded, only a few restaurants near the beach and a minimart within walking distance. sun loungers - the main pool is quite small with insufficient sun loungers. By 11am all the sun loungers would be occupied. housekeeping - inconsistent service. some days the room was only cleaned at 5pm. sometimes towels and bath mats were not replaced. but easily rectified with a quick call to their help desk.

Amazing ambience, birds tweeting since early morning, tons of well-maintained greenery, beautiful canal going through the middle of the hotel. I never felt like the hotel was full of people because of how well designed it is. Even the private pools were not really visible from other guests perspective. Really stunning! Breakfast was varied and tasty, every single day. Food in general was exceptionally tasty. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They managed to accommodate us, make us feel welcome and help us out with every single problem we had. Beach was beautiful and the massage at the beach (although not officially part of the hotel) is highly recommended. Rooms are big and have high ceilings, are really nice to be in. WiFi worked really well all around hotel (maybe just didn't reach the beach... But is that a bad thing? ;) )

Cleanliness of the pool area furniture could be better. Prices at the hotel restaurant are unnecessarily high, compared to equally tasty local food outside of the hotel.

Firstly, the staff are incredible! Such lovely and hardworking people, always smiling and nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and immaculate - super comfy beds, great shower and the balcony is a lovely place to read and relax. It’s also extremely quiet at night, and I had the best sleep here! We didn’t dine at the main restaurant Patio, but we ate at Green Mango and their food was great - a very extensive menu with lots of western and Thai choices. The pool areas are beautiful, although everyone seems to want to be round the main pool (even those who have paid for pool access rooms) so it can be a little crowded and the battle for sunbeds is annoying.

The sun bed situation is frustrating. I witnessed multiple arguments between guests during my stay - people reserving beds and then going to the beach or breakfast etc and not using them until hours later. There’s simply not enough beds round the main pool to cater for guests. We ended up using the pool by reception - theres no bar at that one but it’s so peaceful and lots of loungers available. There’s also a little supermarket outside the hotel which is actually closer than walking all the way down to the main pool bar (the resort layout is long with a lovely waterway running through the middle). The only other minor thing is that it would be great to have more English speaking tv channels in the room (there is only one news channel).

Very nice hotel The staff were very friendly and professional, especially at the reception and helped us out of two small problems we had. We loved the room and the location. The room was well maintained and the housekeeping kept it super clean. The breakfast was very good and had lots of choices. Also the beach and the ocean is just wonderful if you like the swimming or walking at the beach.

The beach side of the hotel is very narrow and crowded and finding a sunbed was difficult. Also some of them were very uncomfortable being too low right on the sand. You can also practise your Russian if you like. We did not.

Everything perfect , Staff nice and friendly , I get upgade the room from the hotel feel so happy for our honeymoon.

The hotel a bit far from in city. Green mango restaurant don't has much choice for the food but it fine. On27 june around 1-2 pm. We want to book and ask about information about spa&massage. One of spa staff (young lady) she's not pay attention so much to the guests who want to ask about information just sit on computer not care nothing even she know have 2 guest walk inside , she not even say hello to us.

Room was well sized and set out for a week stay at this accommodation. Grounds were well maintained and all ground staff were super friendly. Having a pool-side room was a definitely advantage for the relaxed and quiet holiday I was seeking. I loved the location to the north of the main area, and the range of local restaurants, shops etc in the surrounding streets was more than sufficient. The only issue is no pharmacy.

The onsite restaurant (and room service) was definitely not a highlight - highly recommend the adjacent beach restaurants. Unfortunately experienced a number of administrative errors (including an unauthorised double charge for my stay) which placed a very strong negative to my time at this resort.

Beautiful hotel, lovely setting, great wildlife nearby, beach was beautiful, good location if you're happy to either stay in the hotel (pool, beach, etc) or if you like to travel about (scooter hire nearby), very comfy room with everything you need, good aircon

Long walk to the beach (depending on your room - you can organise a shuttle though), slightly more geared towards families rather than couples, sunbeds were limited, bit of a captive audience (high prices) and the restaurant had great food but slow service and could do with a few more tables (tables quite closely packed)

We loved the hotel and it's location, however it is important to note that we prefer quiet places away from the crowds and this hotel doesn't disappoint. The overall feeling, look is very natural and green, everything is well taken care of. The room was large and we had a direct access to the pool in front of the room, this is excellent at the end of the day or when it gets too hot on the beach. The staff we all extremely polite and welcoming. The beach is very long and there were occasion when we felt that we had it all to ourselves..

Lacked some storage for clothing. There is only a limited amount of places at the main pool and it quicky fills up with regulars.. The beach is only a few meters away so it's not really a major problem.

Location was great. Quiet and peaceful and location on beach was perfect. People complain about walk from rooms but that’s normal. Rooms were a good size for family of 3. 4 would be too many. Booked 1 night extra and was upgraded into that room but to be honest the only size difference was bathroom so I wouldn’t even bother upgrading from superior to deluxe. Breakfast was amazing everyday, lots of choice and tasty. Pool was a decent size , nice and clean but could imagine a scramble for beds during high season. Pool bar was great with happy hour between 4 and 6. Staff were friendly and always polite and helpful.

Walk from room is ok but you can ask for buggy to and from room and to get to beach/pool or reception. Hardly any sea view rooms available. Would have been nice to be able to get buggy or shuttle to outside restaurants. Poolside service would also have been a good offering and Would help lift hotel rating to its 5 star status. More in pool balls or inflatables could have been available for kids. These are just comments where I think hotel could improve and in no way had a negative on our stay.
