Quiet, clean, great water pressure, and was conveniently located right in the middle of every place I wanted to go, so I definitely saved on gas. Also, it's right next to a great korean bbq place.

Needed a thicker comforter was too cold the first night despite not having the ac on, my tub drain was clogged, and the parker in the front was too tight.

Easy access, free parking, entire environment was clean and quiet, the king room with double size bed I stayed was very clean and there was daily cleaning of rooms including entire environment. The air condition worked very well and the management team were prompt to fix issue with the fridge and bath waste drain.

Absence of micro wave either in the room or some communal place for guest use. The micro wave listed in the advert as present in the kitchen is actually located in the staff room and it is for staff room only. I was informed guests were fond of damaging it therefore, are not allow to use it. Also, informed micro wave was removed during COVID and never returned since then.

I loved how clean the hotel room was...It was sparkling clean! I loved the price and the cleanliness and price were the most important factors.

The mattresses had significant sags in the middle of both matresses...It wasn't uncomfortable but I am not that fussy unless the mattress was hard, which it wasn't! The area is slightly sketch but I felt safe. My millenial daughter felt super unsafe...At 3 am there was a cocauphany of slamming doors...The motel doors are very solid heavy doors which slam loudly...My daughter said it kept her up...The flip security lock on the door did not work...

The staff was super friendly during checkout, whenever I had a question in between and also on (very early morning) checkout. There is enough parking space and the room was big enough to live in for a couple of days. Even a small table with chairs that you could freely move around. The fridge was working very well, the room was clean. There was a coffee maker with creamer and sweet and sugar. An ice machine and vending machines were available. The Wifi was good and very close to a highway. Overall, the price tag when compared to other offerings in the area (I've been to the motel 6 right next to it last time and did not go back to it for a reason) is very good for what you get.

They could add body wash or shampoo to the shower. I've had my own with me but nowadays I expect hotels to offer these so that one day in the future you don't have to carry your own with you just in case.

We had a good sized room for the 4 of us. The room cleaning service was very good. Location is right next to the freeway so convenient for our holiday stay. We weren't competing with inner city traffic to get to and from the freeway network. The checkin staff gave us a quiet room away from the road and other guests as we were staying with our young kids. The hotel is situated next door to some great restaurants.

No breakfast,but the Inn was very well kept. Rooms were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and exceeded expectations in responding to customer requests. Parking in the front was a little tight but there was more than enough spaces for all guests. Cute covered patio area to sit outside. Front desk was very informative and responded to request for more towels very quickly and made sure that we did not have to ask housekeeping for more towels on a daily basis. Housekeeping was very thorough,quick to make up the room every day. The only downside to this property is that you might miss the driveway as you come off the freeway and down this major street. Outside noise was minimal.

A microwave in the room would have been nice and we did let front desk know that there was a service issue with the air conditioner in our unit that they said would be looked at immediately when we checked out.exve

Quite central to our needs. Very friendly gentleman at reception, helpful and accommodating who added no extra charges when he could have. Room was cleaned regularly and to a high standard and products replenished. Free parking. Good wi-fi. Hot shower and clean bathroom. Coffee making facility In room and ice machine on tap!!

Our room was under a walkway and so was quite dark. Would have preferred a room with more daylight.

Free parking, Friendly front desk staff, Caring cleaning staff, Cleanliness. Location to nearby restaurants, and it has a minifridge. No carpet, nice furniture.

Lack of microwave and washer option/offer, utensils not available in the room. Access by magnetic key card losing function/validity everyday.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend it for your stay. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that cleanliness and comfort were top priorities. The rooms were immaculate, and everything was in perfect working order, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist we encountered. She went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed, displaying a level of warmth and friendliness that was truly remarkable. Her genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on us.

Not sure why we got the handicapped access room but the room was plenty big enough and well lit. Bed was comfortable. There were a lot of guests there that weekend and very little noise from other guests and felt safe in our room. Relatively close to everything we wanted to do. Friendly staff and very clean room.

There was hair from previous guests stuck in the tub and was unable to use the drain plug to take a bath. Other than that, no complaints!
