I liked the price for how close it is to downtown and SeaWorld. And the fact they had free parking and free breakfast made it a great value.

The rooms are a bit small and the TV’s are dated.

This was a convenient place to stay with good prices and quality rooms.

Parking is a bit tight.

I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The lady was friendly and the food looked appetizing and tasted even better! The maid always responded to my requests for towels even when I didn't want the room cleaned. When I did have them clean the room they made sure it was very clean and fresh!

One of the desk clerks didn't seem friendly but most of them were very friendly and they granted me an extra half hour beyond check out which was very nice because my ride was delayed in picking me up.

Breakfast was good but you need to also have fat free or skim milk. I wanted milk but cannot drink whole or 2 percent

I was on the bottom floor and could hear the toilet flush eveytime even at night when I would sleep, it would wake me up. You could hear it in the wall. It was something I never experienced before.

Short staff but everyone in this hotel was doing their best and was very quick. Front desk, cleaning lady, but especially the kitchen team. They should be recognized for what they do. The breakfast room was packed w/ ppl and some foods ran short quickly but they were refilling it fast and they still were kind to fulfill some guests who had particular requests. I know cause I was one of them. The place is a little old but clean. Good for a family on a budget and anyone else. The bed & pillow is super comfortable. The shower & bath water ran strong and hot. The air conditioner was working well (you can control temperature!). Bonus (for me) you are able to open the window for fresh air (because we ate a lot in the room). Don't worry about parking. If you don't mind walking a few steps more they are plenty in the back.

The swimming pool was cloudy... but this was no problem for us because we had a lot of activities planned.

Check in and out was very smooth, decent breakfast, comfortable beds, and housekeeping came every day.

The lobby being disconnected from rooms, and everything was pretty old and dated. Clean, but old.

- close to freeway - free breakfast (hot, healthy and delicious like eggs, yogurt, scrambled egg, oatmeal, fruits etc) - mini fridge and microwave in room - decent space in room - good parking - closer to sea world - clean room - has elevator - room has tv with cable (for kids) - good value for money

- one of the front desk staff was not so helpful - room cleaning is hassle (need to drop a note everyday to the front desk) - room has noise from running water and footsteps - no sofa in 2 queen bed room (hard to feed kids)

I liked the security of it all (having to use the key card to get in). The quietness, if there were occupants in the adjoining rooms we couldn't tell. The cleanliness. The location was fantastic. Freeway just a few blocks away. Close to the beach.

The room was much smaller than expected. The back parking lot was too small.

After reading the reviews I was skeptical and unsure what to expect. However, it was a comfortable room, clean facilities, the included breakfast was good, and the staff my family and I interacted with were nice. The hotel met our expectations for what we needed. We were not looking for resort style amenities, just a clean, comfortable place to stay as we didn't spend much time in the room.

Great facilities and nice staff. The breakfast included was really good. Stayed overnight but I’m planning to come back in the future.

Room layout was a bit confusing but easy to get the hang of it.
