The hotel was amazing and the service was even better. As we got to the hotel it looked lovely and from there the staff made it even better. We were taken to the room by buggy along with our luggage and they showed us round. The bar and restaurant staff were super friendly and gave us loads of island tips and tricks of places to go and things to see as well as the food and drink being amazing. The pool area is lovely and a perfect temperature to lounge in. There was plenty of sunbeds available and they all have umbrellas for shade. They also bring drinks and lunch to your sunbed if ordered at the bar which was a lovely touch for a pool day. The bus service to and from skala was really helpful and made going out for dinner and a day to the beach effortless and the drivers were really good. Especially the owner of the hotel who always made sure we had a good laugh in the van. Can’t recommend this hotel enough for being an all round good place to spend a holiday!

Staff were really nice and attentive Everywhere was clean and tidy Comfy bed, good shower. Enough sunbeds around the pool to meet demand. They are relaxed about balls and inflatables and allow our drinks in proper glasses around pool. Breakfast was good...smallish area but it worked well with enough choice. Lovely view from bedroom and breakfast area and pool side. Really nice chilled holiday...all the kids were back at school so quiet and calm and friendly.

Bit far away...picture was deceiving as looked nearer to coastline. But they compensate for this with a regular free shuttle bus to skala town/beach. We had an apartment as there were 4 of us...bit brown...maybe some funky modern touches to cheer it up.

This hotel was lovely for what we needed - it was a 10 minute drive from the centre of Skala (up towards the mountains so the views are amazing) and as we wanted a chilled out break, it was perfect. Breakfast was okay - standard small hotel fayre - we had no complaints. The lunchtime chef/cook was excellent and we had dinner there a couple of times as well - all highly recommended. The pool is lovely and large and spotlessly clean and the staff were cheerful and helpful. The hotel provide a mini-bus to Skala several times a day and a taxi is only 10euros each way so you are definitely not limited in any way. I would definitely return.

More tea/coffee in the room - we literally had 2 Nescafe sachets and had to request more.

The staff were welcoming , very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and spacious , the view from our balcony was exceptional. Pool area was fantastic , beds always available with hotel towels provided and of course the view over the bay. Bar staff ( Anastasia ) and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive, breakfast and lunch excellent. Reception area was spacious and a great alternative place to sit and relax . Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you all so much for a great holiday.

The Asyeris Hotel is situated in an amazing location but it's the staff that make it extra special. It's a sense of community and pride lead by Kostas who keeps his eye on everything making standards high. We love the place.

There is nothing that we didn't like about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Skala has a special something. I recommend hiring a car so you can experience the magic of the island.

What can I say..what an amazing hotel...a real gem! The friendliest staff ever who were always on hand for local knowledge. Beautiful room, cleaned daily and also clean towels provided. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the best Ceaser Salad ever in the restaurant. The hotel is in a quite location with amazing views but the hotel even provide a free shuttle bus down to the town and back if booked in advance. Free towels also provided for the pool area!!! The best hotel we have stayed in for years..we will be back!

The location was panoramic

Our couple first days very uncomfortable bedroom, bed and bedroom. No shower. 

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and bend over backwards to help us with anything at all from providing a hairdryer to helping book a boat trip. Breakfast was delicious and they went the extra mile for me being vegan by getting in some almond milk! Room was SPOTLESS, location stunning, I couldn’t pick one fault with this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Nothing at all. It’s rare I have no constructive criticism but at this hotel I couldn’t think of a single negative thing!!

The most incredible view to look at from the pool and our room, great shuttle service (even if it was full they would do an extra run), breakfast was varied everyday, lovely staff! Would 100% recommend to a friend !!

There could have been an extra bathmat for the sink in the room as it wasn’t in the bathroom, and an extra few pillows. The eggs were very salty for breakfast. And there could have been a shuttle run at 5pm as it’s a long time to be at the beach for lunch from 11am-6pm. The teas could have been replenished in the room.

Modern hotel set on a beautiful location. Our room, 171, had a great sea view over the beach and Skala. Very very clean…

It felt like the hotel has expanded beyond the capacity of the pool and poolside beds. Not a big issue for us but many people were frustrated by the beds being ‘reserved’ so early. The restaurant in the evening was not great - we only ate there once but not the best meal of the week by far.
