Fantastic rooms with large beds, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast service and the choice to dream of! Large bike parking, so all travellers are welcome. We may be coming back to discover Passau.

All was absolutely OK on our short stay.

Reception excellent, room service very good, very helpful young man on the 1st floor. Breakfast and staff on the third day. The hotel is close to the historic center, a beautiful walk

Breakfast the first 2 days was very poor, e.g. small selection of fresh vegetables, only a bowl of cucumbers and tomatoes, very slow staff, long-used dishes left on the tables, slow replenishment of dishes. On the third day there was a different staff and everything was perfect.

Friendly staff, nice place for parking a motorbike, rooms are comfy and big enough and has AC. Our room had balcony. The room had no view to some interesting place, but it was bright room. Walking to city center takes around 20-30 minutes. Grocery store is in the next building. On the ground floor there is a hotel restaurant, but we did not try it.

Parking is not free, but your motorbike is inside garage for 5 euros! That is completely OK.

The hotel has a convenient position, close to a supermarket, with plenty of free parking all around. It is also possobile to park the car in the hotel lots, both covered than outside. The historical centre is 10 minutes by walks. The staff was young, nice and kind. The bed is big and the room was silent. Also the shower was big. There was a free bottle of water in the room and the frigobar. I would recommend it.

The Hotel Innsento was really a brilliant choice during our journey. Nice area next to the Danube. We could parking safely in the garage. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Big screen TV, tea maker, small fridge, free WiFi. There was everything in the bathroom what you need, even body lotion. The breakfast was also very good and lot of choices. So I can recommend to everyone who like the nice places.

Breakfast was good. Location is close to the highway thus convenient for travelers. We booked a room with no airco and that was fine since nights are a bit cooler in August. Beds are comfortable and big.

Small lights next to our beds did not work. Hotel restaurant was closed in August but we found a nice Greek restaurant just 2 minutes away from the hotel so we had dinner there.

The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. Great size. Big comfy beds. Good powerful hot shower. Very clean. Nice balcony. Garage to store bikes safely. Unfortunately we arrived late so didn't use the facilities or the free sauna so can't comment.

No dislikes but it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

A lovely 15 minute walk from the old town. Across the road there are steps down to the old railway. You can walk to town beside the Inn River. Friendly, efficient staff. Excellent, healthy breakfast, served by lovely staff. We ate outside. Large, modern room supplied with free drinks in the fridge (beer & soft drinks), coffee making and biscuit bars. This was a really nice touch and it makes Innsento stand out as caring for its customers. Nice balcony. Comfortable bed & air conditioning.

The car park is quite small. The road traffic is quite noisy if you leave the window & balcony door open. The bathroom is small, but well equipped. Only one pillow is provided per person. These are quite small dislikes, we would stay here again. Passau is worth visiting.

Beautiful modern hotel close to the city centre with its own parking. Next to it is a big supermarket. The room was great, especially the bed. The sauna is already in the price and open till the very evening. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was really good and the coffee as well. The receptionist lady was really nice and helpful.

Breakfast great, lots of healthy and veggie options. Scenic walk into the historic town via a disused railway track near the River Inn. Lovely! Very helpful, friendly check-in staff with great English. Very happy to see eco-friendly touches, such as no little soap/shampoo bottles in bathroom, but refilled permanent bottles. No plastic bags in bins. Free minibar! 😃

To be honest, nothing of consequence but being ultra judgemental, when I initially saw the building online near the road, opposite a car park and a supermarket. The hotel looked like a hostel to me, it looked underwhelming. I did not think it looked like a great location, however, I was proved wrong, as per all the areas I appreciated as previously mentioned. It just proved you should not judge a book by its cover. If I had to change anything for improvement, it would have been nice to have had 2 chairs and a small table on the balcony in order to enjoy it. This however did not cause us any issues.
