The staff were super friendly, including housekeeping, the front desk, and the shuttle drivers. I also liked the ease of opting for late check-in and check-out; the cost for each were reasonable, but at the high end of reasonable. Proximity to the airport was great, as was the hotel's free airport shuttle. The area is pretty decent too, with lots of places within a 10-15 minute walk.

I didn't like the breakfast was an extra cost, so I didn't try it. However, that lead me to find a place in walking distance that had excellent coffee and breakfast while costing less than the hotel breakfast. (Check out Bake Shack!)

Property was very Clean! the pool was good, beds were comfortable which gave a great nights sleep, there's a laundry which was great. The property is booked heavily in weekends so book early.

Service in the eating area on the Sunday and Monday nights was EXTREMELY Poor. The staff member wasn't interested in serving he would rather sit at the end of the bar and chat to his friends. Not at all welcoming and didn't clear our table at all. We decided not to dine there again after his attitude. Airport pickup was bad! We are from overseas and didn't have a sim for our phone to ring shuttle so we went to the pickup point thinking they would stop anyways. They drove straight past the pickup even with us waving at them to stop. Shuttle was disappointing

Great proximity to the airport and cruise port. Not a fancy place but clean and fine! We enjoyed hanging out at the pool for a bit before leaving for our cruise. I’d say it’s not in a super nice area but was within walking distance from a few restaurants and served its purpose. We’d stay again if we did another cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale but if you’re wanting a more central area to explore FLL this is not the place.

Breakfast was just ok.

Close to airport and cruise port. Good restaurant next door. Drug store and supermarkets close by if you forgot anything Convenient to have both airport shuttle and cruise port shuttle available. Cruise port shuttle very reasonable and easy

Our room was clean, staff were very helpful, went the extra mile with all my questions. Transportation to airport was efficient.

We like a free breakfast included. This was the basic free breakfast that you would get at another restaurant but they make you pay $12 per person.

It was an overall great experience. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The housekeeping was thorough but not intrusive. I loved that they have covered parking to check in and park with all of FL rain spurts. It glad they have breakfast and dinner options if I didn't want to leave the premises. I felt safe in the hotel. Swimming pool looked inviting. Rooms good size. Free shuttle service to the airport is a plus.

There was limited / hardly any restaurants and sightseeing in the area. Limited meal options. Breakfast was ok, but not better than other hotel breakfast where food is usually complimentary.

Location to airport and cruise terminal. Rooms “look” nice.

Lobby furniture filthy, covered in spots. Pool area dirty, sewage smell coming from the grates around the pool. We spent one night and everyone in our family were covered in bug/flea/bedbug bites. After 8 days on a cruise they were healing and most were gone. But then we spent ANOTHER NIGHT POST CRUISE at the hotel (different room) and were covered in bug/flea/bed bug bites again. The room floor was sticky and dirty. Our granddaughter had white socks on….after checking into the room and removing her shoes….the bottom of her socks were BLACK WITHIN AN HOUR. GROSS!

Roomy clean rooms. The houswekeepers were not friendly. But all other staff was excellent. Breakfast was included with our room, and was good but not worth the cost ($15.00 per person) if we would have had to pay separately. However, the lady with the breakfast was exceptional to help us and make sure we were satisfied.

Housekeeping staff was rather rude to everyone they were in contact with during our expeirences. Did not want room cleaned but wanted to swap towels and the housekeeping staff was downright rude. Also watched others who had issues on our floor try and work with housekeeping, but all received same rudeness from her.

Having a restaurant on premise as area not conducive to restuarants family and not having a car

2nd time booking due to having restuarant but food THIS time beside pizza was HORRIBLE. STAFFING in restaurant was not enough with LONG wait to get waited on plus hour wait for food...guessing only ONE cook and guy @ bar also took orders. They KNEW it was SOLD OUT so had time to beef up cafe staff. Pricing was TRIPLE from last time. Also desk people were giving WRONG pricing for shuttle service to cruise port. Lady @ desk was otherwise WONDERFUL as our plane was early and she gave us option of taking a double queen that was ready instead of our request for a king. Thank you SO much for that
