The location was within walking distance of all the sites we wanted to see. The decor was fantastic, and the little donkey souvenir was a sweet touch. Breakfast was great in the courtyard area. We didn't get to visit the bar area. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Our room was beautiful but very small compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in Italy and Spain this trip. The room had windows that opened up onto the public courtyard, including the bathroom, which we had to cover with a towel for privacy because there was no window covering. My friends' rooms all had a hair straightener (which was amazing) but my room's was missing. I wasn't expecting one, but it was a great addition to the hair dryer (for those who had one).

The entry to building is magnificent, with floral displays with a lovely fragrance. Every aspect of the hotel is first class. All bathroom requirement were provided even a hair straightener. Complimentary bottle of sherry and welcome gifts. Beds turned down at nights with a gift and chocolates. Breakfast was fantastic, A la Carte service with five or six courses, set in a beautiful court yard. The rooms are spacious, bed linen and towels are luxurious.

Our only disappointment was the night we had dinner in the restaurant, food was cold, fillet steak was fatty also looked unappetising.

Well.. Where do we start with this experience. Firstly, we don’t often take time to review hotels, but this one deserves a special mention. Our experience of this hotel, its team of personnel is so positive its hard not to sound like we might own the place! On arrival, which was in the middle of Seville’s Holy Week, I was not able to park outside the hotel as normal, & ended up in a city car park just a short walk away. Having explained this by phone to the hotel concierge, Andres worked his way through the procession and helped me carry our luggage, guiding us politely through the crowd and into reception. Champagne on arrival was welcome and Check-In was simple and efficient. Throughout our stay Andres and Alejandro, were extremely helpful sharing local tips for getting around, offered suggestions for places to visit, and made reservations on our behalf. They encouraged us to explore the city, which is invaluable on a short stay. Rose was excellent in suggesting wine choices while relaxing in the Courtyard for late afternoon drinks. In the evening, the Bar staff are equally professional, helping with info regarding the numerous drinks offerings. We had dinner in the Restaurant one night, which was delicious. We are regular travellers and as part of our work spend a lot of time researching hotels, interiors, customer experiences and comfort levels. We have an interest in how bars and dining spaces interact with guests and what makes them behave in a positive manner. Let me say, this hotel, our room and all the circulation and seating spaces are extremely well crafted and leaves no space for criticism. Remember, this hotel is situated in the city. It’s always a risk isn’t it…how well you may sleep, will it be noisy etc. I can assure you the sound reduction from the acoustic balcony doors is superb. Surreal even, when the hum of this bustling city fades away effortlessly. The interior surroundings and facilities in the room are superb.

Beautiful hotel, with very nice rooms and facilities. The hotel staff is very kind and the hotel is located on a good place, with all main highlights of the city on walking distance. The interior of the hotel is really nice, with a lot of art. Staff is very flexible and really looking after you.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The breakfast is good and the staff is great, but for the money you pay for the breakfast, you better can walk out of the hotel and have breakfast in one of the many places in the surroundings.

Enclosed is my personal review of a 7 nights stay in Hotel Casa Palacio Don Ramon. From many years of travel experience in high end hotels, I have a good comparison and know what to expect . At this level of the hotel category guests are more demanding and expect almost perfection. Design / Location If you like hotels with architectural details , personal touch, typical Andalusian design, tranquility and a feeling of being at home, this place will be perfect for you. As soon as the entrance gate opens, the beautiful and well-selected interior design captivates you and it reflects Seville. It’s also perfect if you are looking for calm place, there are two interior courtyards which invites you to read and relax during the day. The location of the hotel is great, all the sightseeings, cafes, restaurants are within easy walking distance. Hotel staff The professional and kind people who work in this hotel will make you feel confortable from the beginning to the end of your stay. Everyone is well trained, starting with the reception team, concierge, bellboy and also the waiters in the restaurant. Room / Suite I booked the Deluxe Room which was very confortable, spacious and filled with much daylight. The rooms are equipped with a Nespresso machine and a fridge. You also get a bottle of water per day for free. If you want a quiet night you will get it in this hotel. A good mattress quality comes in handy for this. Housekeeping did a very good job, all was very clean in the morning and after the turn down service. My definition of clean means: No dust, limescale, hair in the sink or on the floor, stain-free bed linen, no greasy fingerprints on the furniture. Clean glasses and cups. Rooftop/ Pool A rooftop terrace invites you to relax after a day of sightseeing, equipped with loungers, tables, umbrellas. Due to the size of the building, it cannot be built any larger swimming pool.

Things to improve: Since the hotel only opened in June 2023, I think there are still small organizational points, especially during breakfast. If a hotel offers A La Carte for breakfast without a buffet, the guest in this hotel category expects everything to run smoothly, which means no long waiting times between the different courses. There were not enough staff at peak times. The hotel should introduce more structure here. A mirror in the deluxe room where you can see yourself in full size is also missing. In this category of hotel you are generally used to it and the guest expects to be greeted/addressed by name by the reception team, which unfortunately was not the case.

Perfectly located in the centre, beautiful building, very professional & friendly staff, excellent breakfast, nice room with bath tub & shower, very clean. Super elegant place to relax, sleep, have breakfast in a luxury setting when visiting this extremely beautiful and vibrant city.

It is a very expensive hotel, so I would expect a little bit more flexibility with checking in & out (on the day of our arrival it was not possible to check in earlier and on the day of departure, we only got one hour extra).

Dining Excellence Dining at El Limon, the hotel’s restaurant, was a highlight of our trip. Our anniversary dinner was nothing short of fabulous, and the breakfast service was impeccable. Exceptional Service A notable aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Maria and "Jose1" at El Limon and the bar were not only professional but also added a personal touch that made our experience memorable. They were full of fun and their service was exemplary. Additionally, "Jose2," who we got to know well at the rooftop bar and pool, was a true gentleman and an excellent barman. Luxurious Amenities The rooftop bar, gardens, and pool provided an idyllic setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Each area was meticulously maintained and offered a tranquil escape from the bustling city below. Impeccable Housekeeping We must also commend the chambermaids who attended to our room daily. The bed linen and towels were changed every day, maintaining a standard of cleanliness and comfort that truly added to the overall experience. Room for Improvement? Frankly, I cannot think of any way to improve this hotel. It was an 11/10 experience in every aspect.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, so nicely decorated everywhere, location is very good with easy walking distance of the center. The room was luxurious with a welcome gift of sherry and cakes, a bottle of water was left in the room after cleaning also with a turn-down service early evening offering bottles of water and chocolates. We had dinner in the restaurant which was good, beautiful courtyard setting, and breakfast was fantastic with waiter service, a real treat, also the rooftop area was calm and relaxing with a bar and swimming pool. The staff are exceptional and we were looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we have stayed at many hotels during our travels but this hotel is exceptional in all areas, we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you for making our stay special.

We traveled around Spain and stayed in multiple five-star properties and this was our absolute favorite. The Sevilla suite was incredible - gorgeously decorated and well appointed. Included breakfast in the room was delicious every day. Service was friendly and always above and beyond. The attention to detail was phenomenal, from the fresh flower arrangements to the smell wafting through the hotel. Turn down service was a nice touch after coming back from dinner.

Housekeeping was hit or miss; they only came 1/3 of the days we were there. There is no on-site fitness center and using the facilities next door was $10. And, I wish the toilet door was frosted or had privacy glass!

Everything about the hotel itself was excellent. Beautifully decorated and ambience was great. Location and proximity to all the sightseeing was also spot on.

I notified the hotel in advance of my egg allergy and gluten intolerance. Our meal on the first night was excellent but the breakfast was very hit and miss. The service at times was very slow. We also had a bit of issue with the room cleaning. On two occasions we put our “service” light on when leaving the room only to return hours later to find the bed still unmade.
