This was an overnight stop on our way from Marbella to Zurich. We were very tired (not young anymore) the August traffic had been exhausting. It was raining when we arrived and the receptionist came to our car with a large umbrella to help us, so kind! Everything about this hotel was excellent, the decor, it was clean, it was quiet, we had a good nights sleep, the breakfast was lovely, good value for money. We will be back.

There is no restaurant so one has to go out to find one, on a Sunday night there is a limited choice nearby.

The hospitality of the host was incredible. Travelling with a small child is always stressful, so finding somewhere with a warm and gracious host who did everything he could to be of assistance is like gold dust.

We were not aware the hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner (unless arranged in advance) - which was a bit of a shock when we arrived. This was our fault though, and the host helped us find a local take-way and then set a table for us and out little one in the restaurant. Just a reminder to check facilities carefully when you book - not a criticism of the hotel at all.

Everything. Great stop over point 30 mins from Geneva airport. Set back from the road. Free parking. Access code provided if late arrival. Excellent sound proofing - room on road side but no noise. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast in newly refurbished breakfast room. Have stayed here multiple times on the way to the south.

Never there long enough to make use of swimming pool or tennis court and always too late to visit the excellent looking restaurant next door.

comfy beds, decent size room, nice view to the green and tennis court. Pool was very nice and never crowded, Tennis court was an amazing surprise we enjoyed (no extra cost). Hosts were very nice and the lady at the reception recommended a great experience for dinner and fireworks

breakfast is not as rich as other places, but for the money we paid more than fair. and the breakfast rooms were nice.

Room a little small as we had the sofa bed out for our son. Busy road near hotel, but luckily we were not on the road side. No air conditioning but fans in room.

Lovely location and staff couldn’t have been more helpful . Thoroughly brilliant hosts and so friendly can’t recommend them enough. Fabulous food in the evening and a great breakfast plus the swimming pool was the icing on the on the cake.

Nothing to dislike

Convenient location for the stopover on the way to Switzerland. Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Easy and safe parking. We enjoyed the swimming pool. WiFi was good enough for a zoom call.

Breakfast wasn’t at the value level you pay for, particularly the cheese/meat/eggs part was very light, plus kids charge on breakfast is same as adult, better taking breakfast elsewhere.

Excellent location between Geneva and Annecy, right next door to Le Hameau du Père Noël - an extraordinary park for small children open all year round. We felt very welcome, the staff were helpful and kind, our dog was well accepted. Rather good breakfast, I asked for gluten free bread, which was ordered for me. Rather spacious family rooms, we are 5 and it fit us perfectly.

The beds were not very comfortable, mattresses rather hard. Rooms slightly tired, certain things need to be changed. The shower head was not functioning properly (room 205).

Good breakfast. Well located. Very clean. Great shower. Good location. Friendly staff.

Wifi connection. Too poor and my mobile did not had a good reception there, so the Wifi was a must.
