Service was excellent. The lady at the desk wes great. The maintenance guy was great. The room was clean and up to date. We would recommend.

We had to wait to get into my mom's room. The key card wouldn't work. The battery was dead in the key lock on the door. And we had to wait for it to charge then when it didn't charge, had to wait for the maintenance guy to come fix it. Not a big inconvenience. Glad we got there early instead of late. And the mattresses were new and very firm. If you are not used to a very firm mattress, they are not ideal. We will still stay at the garner again.

The hotel is close to where we need to be in Macon. There is a convenient breakfast buffet each morning. The staff is friendly. They allow us to bring our cat. The room is big, and the bed is comfortable. There are cookies at the front desk. The price is reasonable.

Sometimes the other guests are noisy. The doors to the rooms slam shut even if you try not to let that happen. The breakfast could be better.

Clean, well-appointed room. The Dove products provided in the room were so good that we didn't even unpack our own products to use for once. Comfortable beds. Great clean potty area for our little dog. Staff welcoming and nice. 100% would stay again if we are in the area and will recommend to friends/family who are.

Continental breakfast included in stay was very basic and not the greatest.

The rooms were very nice for the price. Very spacious and even had a couch in it for me to sit and watch TV since I wake up earlier than my fiance and daughter.

The lady that was supposed to be working the breakfast bar was VERY lazy. We asked for her to refill the eggs and waffle mix machine and she ignored me and walked away. The front desk staff came over and done it for us and tried to have the manager who was on the phone speak to the other lady and she refused to get on the phone. She ignored the front desk lady just like she did us. Very rude and unprofessional

It was perfect for our family, we stayed a night to continue the travel next morning. Next to the highway, decent breakfast, spacious rooms, big beds. All we needed. The staff was super kind.

The staff was wonderful. Even the other guests were very nice. The location was also perfect.

The only thing that was disappointing was the bed in my room. The mattress on one side was completely "shot". If you tried to sit on that side you would fall off the bed. The room was fine, but that mattress needs to be replaced. There also was a used washcloth left on the shower rod.

Went down to get breakfast, there were no eggs or meats or milk. All were emptied out . Waited for 20 minutes for girl to get more out . She seemed as if she did not know what she was doing . . This was around 7 am

Food was ok .

very unhappyy with the times for breakfast---ending at 9:00 AM, especially on a Sunday, is way too early. I can't say what breakfast was like as I did not get up in time to try it

I liked that checkout wasn’t until 12pm. I also liked that it was very clean. The breakfast was also decent.

The bedrooms seem that they attempted to update it a bit without replacing the carpets or couch.

The front desk folks were very kind and helpful. Everything we could ask for was available. We loved the coffee machine 24/7 and freshly ground and the breakfast was superb- not just sugary options.
