The rooms were recently redone,loved the fact there was no carpet and the TV was mounted on the wall for easier viewing

The bed was very hard, there were 2 dead wasps hanging from a spider web in the corner and a previous guest was to lazy to throw their gum away amd stuck it inside the lampshade on both sides of the bed. States it's a non smoking facility but you could clearly smell the aroma of Marijuana coming from someone's room when they opened the door.

Location is great, we were in the back of the hotel which was very quiet accept for the guests dog upstairs barking all night. Room was very spacious and updated.

Beds could be a little softer,woke up with a backache. The rooms need to be cleaned better,found hairs in the bathtub, dead bugs in a spiderweb on the ceiling in corner of the room. Gum inside both lampshades

Location is very convenient to walking for meals. Easy access to I-475, as we travel between FL and NC. We travel with our pet cat, and this location allows us to have her with us. This is the reason we picked the location. Thank you.

No breakfast availability. Needed more pillows.

Room recently remodeled and has luxury vinyl flooring throughout. It allows for it to be very clean. Location is great with many food choices nearby. Personnel friendly at check in.

Air conditioning is old window type that was loud and not functioning very effectively, but it was a 95 degree day and night.

Clean room. Breakfast better than expected.

There was a cigarette butt container right outside our room door that still smoked from someone just putting in their still burning cigarette and it blew right into our room. We had to put it out because we were not able to move the container. After the smoke stopped there were no more problems.

The bed was comfy and it was pretty clean.

False advertising on the fitness center - I was told you check-in that there wasn't one and not only is it listed as an accommodation but there's a picture. I can understand if the lady who checked me in said it was unavailable due to COVID-19 protocols, but she said there wasn't one. Also, the room smelled weird and some of the furniture was substantially stained.

Awesome location, ease of check in and out, and room was clean

There were no receptacles to throw out pet waste. Having at least a few garbage cans around would’ve been helpful

Bed was very good

They did not tell us when we reserved that there was no breakfast - not even a "grab bag" to leave with. If one reserves with the expectation of a breakfast, then it should be provided - or a reduction in the price. With a MacDonalds in the back yard, they could at least give you a coupon for a couple of bucks off an egg MacMuffin! We are now much less likely to stay at Baymonts given there are other motels equally as good -with BREAKFASTS.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Check-in staff very nice plus he gave us a goodie bag with a couple of waters and snacks! Extra special step to make me a Raving Fan.

Bathroom could be updated.

The facility was great. The breakfast could have been better. There was white bread and stale white donuts instead of bagels and muffins. Fruit was bananas only. There was cereal, yogurt, waffles, instant oatmeal. The bread and fruit selection was lacking.
