We were greeted by a welcome drink on arrival and also given details of sights to visit and how to get around the island by taxi or bus. All the staff were so nice especially Mr Bilal. My husband’s phone was giving us a problem and he sorted it out for us which was so nice!! Our room was very comfortable. King size bed and very comfortable with lovely soft bed linen and spotlessly clean. Plenty of fresh towels and also beach towels supplied for a small deposit which was refunded on last day. Bathrooms very spacious with plenty of hot water, toiletries and a hair dryer. Hotel 100m from the beautiful Cote D’Or Beach. Dining Room literally on the beach and the food was very acceptable and included different buffets each evening . You could also choose from the A La Carte menu .

The furniture was a bit dark and could do with updating but that is just a minor detail.

The hotel is located right next to the bus stop and there are souvenir shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. Big thanks especially to Bilal and Mandjit, who took care of us the whole stay perfectly. We were celebrating two birthdays and the staff made us amazing birthday cakes and we also got a free upgrade for the whole week which we were very grateful for. We have wonderful memories from our stay and would love to come back again if the opportunity arises.

The only small minus is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room and we got a lot of bites during the whole stay. The staff sprayed the room, but I think you need to have a net over the bed for better effect.

The room was spacious and had everything required : air conditioning, large bed, hair dryer,... The location was quiet and close to the beach. The restaurant was on the beach and therefore was not disturbing the rooms The cleaners decorated the bed nicely with a welcome message The welcome basket with local fruits was well appreciated The 2 bottles of water every days was very welcome as well The beach towels changed at your best convenience The umbrella provided when it was raining The bus card provided by the hotel (a bus trip is 10 SCR = 0.66 €)

The comfort of the bed could be better. I discovered at the end of the stay that we could ask an overlay to make it better. Not linked to the hotel, on the beach, in some location (? Under the threes ? where grass is ?) we had some flies that hitch us like mosquitos. Is was annoying and required antihistamine to be taken and cream to be put. Woman were more impacted than man.

Very well kept property, all clean with beautiful garden full of tropical birds. Very much like paradise. The rooms are renovated, in colonial style, so you feel like a royal. That was also supported by the amazing staff, with special shout out to Muhammad Bilal. He managed all my wishes, I basically told him what I had in mind and ten minutes later he had it organized (taxis, diving trips…) Also Cynthia was very Kind, and the whole staff really. They made it impossible to not have a good time. Ten out of ten, would go there again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the good time!

The resort was very close to the beach and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was relatively inexpensive compared to other resorts in the Seychelles. They upgraded me to a newer/more modern standard room upon request. Praslin Island has some of the nicest beaches in the Seychelles.

The hotel management should make clear to travellers that the hotel is located on the island of Praslin and not on the Mahé Island, as I did not know when I arrived that I had to book another domestic flight and was told by the hotel staff that I could take a taxi from the airport. Some of the rooms are outdated and in need of renovation, while the WIFI is not fast and only works at the reception and restaurant, not in the rooms. There were not many activities for solo travellers.

We had really great stay mostly thanks to Bilal and Lucille. They gave us full support and many informations. Clean Room and good beach 2 minutes away

Everything was superb

Very good location, close to a nice beach and also public transport. Pool was really nice. Staff was really friendly and open, Billal (thank you!) gave us a lot of valuable information about where to go and what to do. Overall a really cool place.

Mattress a bit hard, but this observation may be a bit subjective.

The breakfast was available at 7.30 making it possible for us to start off for the day early. Staff was great. Bilal was very helpful. Location is perfect. the premises are very well kept and room services all you need.

Mr Bilal and Ms Janni Gill made our stay during our honeymoon wunderfull.

Interior could be refurbished, especially the matress and the bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Mr.Bilal who went beyond expectations and was very helpful and organized car rentals, excursions and tips and tricks.
