Residence Praslinoise is the top place to stay!!!!! The location is fantastic, their rooms are super clean and comfy and the stuff is always there for you 24/7. We loved this small Paradise and we totally recommend everyone to stay there!!!! There are no words to describe our feelings staying in Praslinoise. These people had thought about everything ,they even have an ice cube machine in the swimming pool area. Super safe with a friendly atmosphere. Our little daughter loved every minute thank you so much for everything!!!!!

Absolutely nothing!!!!!

Very friendly staff, thanks to Medina, she was always there to explain/give advice and help with all our requests. Spacious apartment, living room and kitchen with all appliances needed for our daily use, two bedrooms with big bathroom. Because of the weather, very warm and humid, the bedrooms have efficient aircos and everything was supported with fans. Wi-fi and TV were also there. Small swimming pool just added the cherry on the top of this really nice location.

The only problem we had were mosquitos, but this is not connected just to this great location. Mosquitos were also in all other islands we visited.

Great place, very nice and beautiful. The room itself is designed well, the kitchen is very functional. The communal area, that has a pool and a BBQ stand, is beautiful and can create opportunities for meetings with the rest of the guests. The best part of this property is the manager Maryvonne. She is there everyday and very professional and friendly. When we had questions or special requests, she solved them immediately. She is an amazing person, and the conversations with her are one of the best parts of our stay there.

We arrived there and got the most lovely and warm welcome we could ever expect. We stayed in a bungalow next to the pool. The self-catering itself is a beautiful and colourful flower-decorated place outside. Inside you‘ll find a nice place to relaxe, with a kitchen, a nice bathroom and a bed where every night we had the best sleep. when ever in need, you can have a laundry service. The pool is nice, next to it you‘ll find a little suite and a barbeque, which can be used and no cleaning need to be done. Important for us to mention: Maryvonne and the amazing staff were such a blessing. She‘ s such a sunshine ❤️ The guys there do everything to let you feel comfortable. Maryvonne knows the best places to go on the island and gives recommendation for boat trips, having a good lunch or dinner or a couple of drinks watching sunset. We love to come back. Thanks for bringhten up our days every single morning!!

Just good to know: no microwave in the kitchen and no air exhaust or window to open in the bathroom. But that are just real minor things which were absolutely okay for us.

Lovely location and well located! Also very clean and well equipped. You have all you need in 5 min walk (restaurants, minimarket, beach). It's 20min driving far from any beach you want to go to. Maryvonne is a great host! You can rely on her with organizing your day from car, drivers to places to go to or recommendations for lunch/dinner. She was amazing! She helped us with everything and made us feel like home.

If you walk in the evening or night, there is no public lighting nearby the location. But there are lights from the houses and we used the phone s torch. For us it was fun and we didn t feel unsafe.

Clean and well equipped room and kitchen. Nice inner garden with pool and BBQ. Private parking. Good value for money

We arrived at 4pm and want to upgrade room. Housekeeping end their day and didn’t even try to make efforts to help. But I think it’s usual service for Seychelles. Everybody is chilling there so we didn’t upset much and move next day

How do you rate the perfect holiday? Well look no further fellow travelers! Our stay at the Residence Praslinoise started already way before even arriving at the complex. After the booking you are greeted by a lovely e-mail that spoils you with lots of useful information on your stay by the host. I can’t put into words how caring Maryvonne is towards her guests and takes care of literally ANYTHING for them. From sourcing a local rental car to booking adventure trips or sorting out the schedules for the ferry.. the list literally goes on and on. Simply put, we already felt at home before even arriving and were eagerly awaiting our stay there. Check-In: Uncomplicated and relaxing are what best describes the Check-In, we immediately felt at home right away and got to settle in and freshen up before quickly heading over to the reception for the formalities. Facilities: The apartment complex has a great size that doesn’t feel to small nor to big, it feels very private and secure as it is a gated community. The pool is in the center of it all with nice community areas and sunchairs to enjoy. Rooms: The apartment itself is very nice, feels brand new and had everything you need. The welcome was amazing with flowers spread all over just like on the pictures. The rooms are very spacious and bright thanks to the large windows. Inside you have all the amenities you need from kitchen appliances to beach towels. The bed is great as well, take it from someone with back problems. Cleanliness: The rooms are exceptionally clean and very well maintained, having room service available only every other day is absolutely adequate considering how thoroughly it is being cleaned. Location: While it may not be located ideally for those without a car, it is not really a drawback considering that one most likely needs a car anyways to explore the island properly. Maryvonne will assist her guests with great options for rental cars upfront or upon arrival at the location.

Literally nothing.

Medina was super helpful and always on hand whenever we had any queries. The family bungalows are quite spacious and the kitchenette is well equipped. We also booked a two-bedroom apartment and this had a lovely backyard deck, perfect for having breakfast as a family. Also loved the pool!

Wish they had at least a broom and dustpan in the rooms as it's common to get a bit dirty when using the kitchen.

Everything!! -The rooms was excellent,new,comfort!The bed,the bathroom,kitchen,living room,everything! -the amazing pool in front of the house,with beautiful view around! -3 beautiful days there! -But the most amazing thing in my booking for all the trip in Seychelles is this woman named Maryvonne in Residence Praslinoise.Is everywhere to help you for everything,whatever we need is there to arrange tickets,to advice,to show us a better trip.Help with anything for the room! Really these owners are worth your love and every euro of staying here!!! Thank you for everything….you are unforgettable!!!
