Biarritz is surprisingly the Santa Monica of Basque France. Who knew? The sun came out and all the locals grabbed their surf boards and were out on the water. The hotel overlooked the beach and the staff was great at getting us reservations and taking great care of us. The breakfast buffet was well set up and delicious. We had a charming two days on the coast and could hear the surf from our terrace. A good time had by all.

The pillows on the bed. But not a deal breaker. One a little hard and a little too soft. Parking was not the easiest to access but the staff made sure we got to the parking garage which was a 5 minute walk back. Also pricey but no different than other parking garages on our journey.

The access to the beach is just perfect it’s also walking distance to everything which is great. It has a beautiful atmosphere I quite like the fragrance of the hotel and the stunning decor. The rooftop is also a stunning spot for drinks and breakfast overlooking the sea 🌊 also the breakfast was really good and included everything you could ever want ;)

I found the bedding could be improved as I was quite cold during my stay and the bedding felt quite cheap. Also I think for that price per night you should include soft bathrobes in the bathroom to give it more of a cosy feel. Also the lack of closet space could be improved. I also didn’t like for the price I paid with the balcony didn’t even have much furniture or vibe to it, just one simple stool this could be improved by better quality furniture or even adding a table on the balcony.

The hotel has been newly renovated. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the bathroom products are furnished by Nuxe. The staff at the hotel are polite and helpful. Beautiful terrace with a nice view. The hotel is very close to the beach and the center, where you can find many shops and restaurants so it is very convenient.

Nothing. The room price was bit of expensive but I guess it is on average for a place like Biarritz during the peak season.

The hotel was amazing, we were all very impressed when we turned up. The price was so reasonable we did wonder what we might walk in to! Everything was perfect, the staff were wonderful (and all very beautiful!) and very helpful. The rooms were great and very quiet, overlooking the sea/beach. Provided beautiful beach bags, which we bought, and towels for the mad ones who wanted to swim in the sea. Our rooms overlooked the beach which was about 30seconds walk from the hotel. We had lunch on the roof terrace, great food and service, provided blankets as it was very windy. Cant speak highly enough of the hotel and staff. Thank you

Nothing it was all perfect

Excellent position and beautiful modern hotel with wonderful people. We had a little balcony and a partial view of the beach.. We enjoyed the breakfast which was good quality and variety and sat in the guest lounge after checkout while waiting for our cab.

People walking on the path above the hotel could see into our bedroom. Would have loved a full view of the beach.

Parking is a problem together with dropping off luggage but the helpful staff resolved this albeit I had to park a 20 min walk uphill in a public car park Breakfast was a big disorganised, no plates, ran out of juice, big staff bust up just out of earshot!

Wonderful location and staff

Food could be better and Aircon was set on hot and I couldn’t change it. The main issue was on our departure we asked for a basic taxi to the Bilbao airport and then got presented with a 350 Euro bill from a private transfer which was way more than we were expecting and soured the whole thing sadly

We loved everything about it. It was laid back without compromising on its service. The views from the rooms overlooking the beach is stunning. The beach was just across the road, so perfect for a safe swim. It was in the town, so everything is on your doorstep, but the best thing was the helpfulness of the staff. our flight had been cancelled & they bent over backwards to print off boarding passes etc. They made what could have been a bit traumatic into what may have been the best two days of the holiday. We couldn’t praise them enough

First impressions - so much light and fabulous decor! Comfy good-sized bed, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast spread and fantastic location right on the "vieux port" beach and a short walk to the other big beaches and the town centre. Apéro on the roof was a real treat.

I did love the decor but wish a little more thought had gone in to practical aspects. There was v little space for clothes, for instance, and while the bathroom was beautiful and light i felt a little too exposed to the outside world and it wasn't ideally equipped for rinsing or hanging up salty swimwear.

The girls behind the desk were incredible. Leiah (sp) was phenomenal!! Our rooms weren't ready at 3 so she found us a place to eat. When we got to the room she had left a note apologizing for the late room and even left us a treat. The view was incredible. We were right in the middle of everything. The rooms have a very fun decor. Breakfast was very ample! An amazing place to stay.
