Very convenient location for Moorabbin airport. Great room with a large comfortable bed and kitchen.

Unfortunately someone had set the fridge onto the coldest setting which I didn't check so my groceries that I had purchased and put in the fridge actually froze solid overnight and much of the food was spoilt and had to be thrown away. Lesson learnt to check the setting myself in future but I would expect the hotel to make sure it was functioning properly.

Quick check in process - call made by staff was made earlier to confirm stay. Air-Con was switched on when we get in the room. Room appears to be clean. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Mattress nice and firm. Would rate it a 9 if shower pressure is strong.

The water pressure of the shower is quite weak. After a long day, it would be good to get a strong water pressure shower. If water pressure is weak, you tend to have longer shower, if it's strong then it's a quicker shower.

People at Quest Moorabin is really accommodative and when their place is unexpectedly unavailable they’re doing their best to accommodate me and my family. Even comping up the parking fee at Quest Brighton as amenities matching

The staff at Quest Brighton does not really know the arrangement until I escalate it to a manager. And one of the staff attitude in Quest Brighton is standoffish and not pleasant to deal with, although the manager at Quest Brighton was pleasant, accommodating and know my predicament

Absolutely fabulous!! The room was very comfortable. We love the inclusion of a stove top and cooking equipment for preparation of meals! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Late "check-in" was hassle free (we arrived after midnight). Gym was available for guests! We loved Quest so much that we are looking to use them again!

The staff were excellent and we had some issues with our first booking and had to cancel but they tried their best to assist us in a difficult period with the second booking.

Stairs with luggage is always hard but travelling with people who find stairs difficult it would have been good to know there were no elevators.

Lovely little apartments. The room was very clean and spacious for a studio. The bed was also surprisingly comfy for 2 singles together. It was nice to have a bathroom that you could move around in and the shower was great. We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending an event nearby, although if it wasn't for that I'd probably choose a locations closer to transport. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful. Had a great stay. Thank you 😊

Probably the location. Was alot further from public transport than originally thought. But that was fine.

Spacious little apartment for my partner and daughter and I, wonderful staff that are very welcoming from the moment you walk in and very helpful.

The only downside is not having a cot sheet inside the cot to ensure the safety of my daughter, although it's not the end of the world

We had a one-bedroom studio apartment with kitchen. It was located on the ground floor. There was plenty of room in the apartment for us and it was fabulous to have a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge was very comfortable.

I suggest having a product like Jif to clean the sink and bench top. We used the sink to wash up. There was still some food remnants in the strainer.

Excellent, a lot of room.

My only concern was that the rooms were not made up on the Saturday. I had to ask for fresh towels and aware that the beds would not be made up. No big deal, but would have liked to be informed.

we had a lot of trouble with the door keys and several times had to get a staff member to open the door for us. Felt sorry for the staff as they were unfailingly nice, and the problem was out of their control. And it was apparently a problem with all the rooms! Hopefully, Quest will fix the issue quickly.
