Very beautiful, clean, comfortable and cosy hotel, with a friendly, honest and very active owner. Helped to find the best beaches, offered an affordable car rental (after every single "official" car rental company seemed to be a ripoff). They took us & dropped off from/to the airport free of charge, allowed to use the shower/bathroom after checkout. All in all, a positive experience!

I think it should be more clearly communicated, that this hotel is primarily for couples traveling without children, looking for a romantic getaway. At the breakfast guests should be allowed to help themselves rather than waiting in the queue until the waitress serves them (or more waitresses should be involved to avoid queues). Nicer beaches are unreachable without a car.

Very clean and good, quiet location but able to access all parts of the island very easily by car. Small family owned hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Always smiling and happy (especially Costa the driver) The lunch we had on arrival was fab especially the roasted vegetables and the best baked feta on the island ! Shame we didn’t get a chance to have another meal there . Also the fact that you could rent a car at the property (def need a car to be able to get around the island )

The breakfast was good but could have been better if could make fresh omellete . But this is just a suggestion not a criticism.

We had an amazing time at your hotel! It was a very nice hotel with lovely staff. The hotel is run by a family with 2 very sweet daughters. Angelo (the owner) is always there for his guests and is also up for a nice talk. You can arrange by Angelo a pick up at the airport for a normal price. You can also rent several cars from him! You can arrange this in advance with him or on the spot. You will definitely need these, because the hotel is 20 minutes away from Zakynthos town. It is a hotel that is located at a quiet place with a nice private pool next to it. There are plenty of sun beds at the hotel and there is also the possibility to have lunch or evening diner there. Breakfast starts in the morning from 08.30 and has delicious things. From scrambled eggs to pancakes, yogurt, fruit, salad and delicious sandwiches. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and we hope to return to this wonderful hotel again in the future! Love from the Bilder family in the Netherlands

Nothing disappointed us

The morning coffee at the bar was excellent, complemented by organic Greek yogurt, fruit, and pleasant background music. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace in the fresh morning air by the pool was a delight. They offer car rentals, and for those with their own vehicle, the location has a very clean, beautifully and safely arranged parking area. (I suggest renting a car instead of an ATV—many accidents happen on the island, and emergency response may not be very fast in remote areas. We had to provide first aid and call for emergency assistance for a young couple who fell off the road with an ATV into a ditch and suffered serious injuries, including a fractured hip, clavicle, open hand fracture, and severe burns.) The location and pool are very well maintained—congratulations! Mr. Angelos and his family were very kind and provided us with help and information about places on the island, boat rentals, and much more.

This family led hotel is incredible. Our room was perfect with a pool and sunset view. The staff felt like our family, they were so kind and helped us organise a lot of our travel transfers. Arkadia has the best food, we couldn’t leave our hotel for breakfast, lunch or dinner because the food was so amazing. All the food is made with fresh produce as they have fresh crops around the hotel. I’d give this place a 10/10, I’m 100% coming back to stay here for my next trip in Zakynthos. Highly recommend!

I cannot fault anything, this place is amazing.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great and enough variety. Quiet hotel. Comfortable beds at the pool. Very nicely renovated bathroom. Nice to be able to rent a (good) car at the hotel. It may be a nice idea to have electric cars which can be charged at the hotel (“sustainably goals”).

The swimming pool was too cold, some heating would have been better. The room wasn’t cleaned everyday or the cleaning was done exactly when we were in the room or wanted to be back to the room.

Angelos treats every guest with prime care and makes you feel at home and taken care of. The hotel has been recently renewed, the rooms are modern and the common areas are very pleasant and always clean. As an extra, the food made by his wife Maria is incredible (the Moussaka is a must). Sotiriaa also added a lovely touch to my stay with all the recommendations on where to go and what to visit and the drinks made by Yannis are refreshing and tasty. Totally recommend to stay here if you want to rest, enjoy and relax.

The overall place is nice and comfortable. - The hotel owners are helpful and very gentle. - There is available to rent a car or scooter directly at the hotel which is convenient and the prices are acceptable. - The transfer from the airport is organised by the hotel. It is amazing to have such a service at no extra cost. - The bathroom looks great and it is spacious.

Guests were not allowed to have a self-service during the breakfast; there was a waitress helping with that and the guest needed to select what to eat from the open buffet. Nevertheless, the breakfast was quite the same each morning whit a poor variety of dishes. Also, the waitress was not demonstrating client oriented attitude. - The recommended beaches, to be visited, are at a distance of ~ 50 mins commute with the car. Therefore, to have a car or scooter is a must! - Wi-Fi is really bad, the speed was slow and sometimes it was disconnecting. - The air conditioning does not stay open when leaving the room.

Varied breakfast buffet, rooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped. The room even had a little kitchenette with a fridge meaning we could keep water cold. The bathroon was very clean and the shower was nice, although a little too hot at times. The room had plenty of storage with a big closet with a safe. There was also a make up table which was a nice touch. We also loved the balcony.

The shower leaked a little bit onto the bathroon tiles due to a fitting in the window. We let the staff know and they let us know they would fix it.

Fabulous experience at Arkadia! The hotel is very beautiful, set in a quiet area but very close to a wonderful beach. The rooms are very big, extremely clean, with a wonderful view of the see, pool and surrounding area! The breakfast was very, very good with plenty to choose from! And also the dinner we had at the hotel, the food was fabulous cooked! Many thanks to the owner Angelos and his beautiful daughter Sotiria! I highly recommend this hotel!
