Clean, spacious, modern room. A good breakfast selection is available. Super comfortable bed and linen. Excellent customer service from the host and staff. Blackout drapes. Air con. Location is close to restaurants, bars, and ATM. Distance only 10 minutes walk to a number of lovely sandy bays on the western side of Tsilivi.

Everything was fabulous, although I would have preferred the pool area to offer more privacy from the road.

Our room (deluxe suite pool view) was fabulous, spacious and clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Lovely added touches with robes, slippers and toiletries. Cleaner came daily and very friendly . George and the team were so welcoming and helpful with any any requests or questions we had. This made a real difference to our stay having great staff. Location is perfect. A few mins stroll to the beach and the main street. So many shops, bars, restaurants all on the doorstep. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our room was on the 1st floor with not much privacy between balconies, didn't bother us but a point to note. A small waste bin in the room other than just toilet would be helpful Leaving to go home!

The staff members are very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned every day, we really liked it. The room itself looks very stylish, just like in the pictures. There is a balcony where you can dry clothes and towels. The breakfast was also amazing, with variety of products and dishes. The location is also nice, we went to Bouka beach (around 10 min) as there are umbrellas and sunbeds. Also the shampoo and conditioner in the shower were just awesome! 🫶🏽🥰

You should have your own towels for the beach, so we just bought them in the local store :)

We stayed at The Alamis for two weeks, celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary. George pulled out all the stops, and ensured we had a wonderful time. George, together with Jimmy (who makes the best Mai Tais in Tsilivi), Joe, Nicos and all the Alamis Team were outstanding, they couldn't do enough for us - and all their guests. Our room was amazing - sea and pool view, really comfy large bed and very modern bathroom. Towels changed every two days and our room was cleaned daily and always spotless. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, the pool beautiful and pool bar snacks fantastic. The locations is brilliant as only a few steps from the beach and around the corner from the main town and its many restaurants and bars. We cannot recommend The Alamis enough. Nothing, it was PERFECT. The Alamis is wonderful. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. Wonderful place.

We have spent 4 days in Alamis hotel and it was preeeeeeetty great. Personal from hotel called us before our arrival to know approximate time when we would arrive so they can at least try to prepare our room beforehand otherwise guaranteed check-in is at 3pm. We have arrived at 1pm and we had our room ready which was really nice. Since hotel is family-owned you meet cousin of cousin and brother and cousin everywhere and everyone is really friendly, talkative and super sweet. Need a car? No problem, hotel will take care of it, also taxi and everything needed. We have also received some nice tips for trips around including cool beach places, restaurants etc. During your stay you can also see that there are families who love to come back over and over again each year and I am not surprised at all. If I am ever coming back to Zakynthos, which I am SURE of, it will definitely be to this place. Location is also really nice, you can get pretty much everywhere nice and easy, nothing is far away and around you have everything you need. So recommended if possible not by 10/10 but 11/10. Everything was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Alamis Hotel. The Hotel has been recently renovated and is exeptionally clean, with a helpfull and friendly staff. Our Deluxe Suite with sea view was well-equiped with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. The air-condition unit is ideally placed too, allowing us to sleep without AC blowing directly on us. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, shops ... and is relatively close to Tsivili sand beach. The breakfast was appropriate for the hotel´s category. A bonus was the Nespresso machine in the room, with a free capsule provided for each day of our stay. The price was reasonable as well.

The hotel provides pool towels, but they are not allowed on the beach so there are no beach towels available.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & modern. Nice pool, pool bar, good location, powerful shower, bathrobe & slippers provided.

The bathroom was drowned after every shower as there wasn't enough of a slope for the water to drain quick enough. It kept flowing outside of the shower as its all the one level. We asked if they had a shower available that we could use on the day of check out as our flight wasn't until later that day. They only have the public shower at the pool & they don't allow use of products.

The location, the hotel is near the sea, the garden is very nice and the place at the pool is very relaxing. Every day the cleaning ladies clean the room and the stuff was very friendly. The atmosphere overall is great.

There wasn’t a mosquito net on the window, and we slept with the window open all night, not with air conditioning, as is normal, and it was really bad with the mosquitoes. And the wifi works quite badly on the 2nd floor. The last thing, I found the dishes a little dirty in the cupboard with hair on them.

A really warm welcome from George and the rest of the staff, taken to our room and shown how to work everything. Rooms are beautiful!!!! Brand newly refurbished, tasteful and on trend, huge balconies and big bedrooms with super comfy beds. The whole hotel feels new! Pool is really clean, bar has a good selection and very well priced drinks. Breakfast was delicious, fresh breads, loads of selection and the yoghurt and berries was so good! The hotel is within walking distance to everything within Tsilvi, we explored the whole area and enjoyed walking along the beach which is less than a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

The pool was a little cold!

The hotel is very cozy with a great location.The beach is really few steps away down the street and up the street there is a pretty town full of shops and great restaurants.The rooms in the hotel are very spacious,perfectly clean.We were surprised by very rich buffet breakfast which includes full English breakfast but also greek specialties and lot of other choices.The receptionists are very helpful with ordering taxi for the airport.Although the hotel is in the town close to everything,during nights it is quiet.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel,the value for money was really good and we truly enjoyed our holiday with two kids.
