As a family we really enjoyed relaxing in the resorts olive grove, which was near to the slides and beach. The range of slides, and the provision of a safe but fun lifeguard was a highlight of the stay. As was the service at the reception, at the bars, in the restaurants, and at our room.

Over eager and self-entitled guests that reserved more sun loungers than required, and were extremely wasteful at the buffet style restaurant.

Was upgraded to a room with a private pool which was lovely. Room and pool cleaned to high standard every day. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for their guests. Special mention goes to Mario for his exceptional service and reception staff. Food and drink was as expected for All Inclusive with wide choice and there were rarely any queues for tables. Beautiful location with small beach area by water slides where you could always find loungers and waiter/ress service for drinks.

Location is a little out of the way so reliant on a car or unreliable taxis. Some rooms are some distance from reception and main hotel but close to evening entertainment. Also reception will get golf buggy when needed for luggage etc.

The general standard of the rooms and common areas was very good. Outside space was also very good with lots of sun beds and shady areas.

The standard of food was ok but could have been better in terms of variety. The drinks in the 'all inclusive' package were not really good enough, and the house white and red wines were poor. The live music in the evenings was good but far too loud, and made conversation impossible. Also there were often two lots of music which clashed.

The room upgrade, complimentary late check out and meal at the a la carte restaurant, wine cakes and gift in room. Vasia, Lola and Rimi excellent as usual. The tall man at the Panorma bar was good too. Will book again for our 6th visit for next year.

Rooms are tired looking, especially the bathrooms. Lady at main bar at nights can't mix all drinks properly. Young man at Olivia bar most nights is miserable and needs to be more customer friendly.

Staff are wonderful and the hotel is beautiful, spacious rooms, comfy beds and beautiful grounds.

Food was not to my liking but to be fair hot may jut be an All Inclusive thing. The drinks were ok as long as you stuck to spirits, cocktail were awful.

Exceptional service from dining, bar staff and reception. Liked the location as it was walkable to tavernas outside. Food was quite good. In saying of the things we were not so happy about we still had a nice stay and the friendliness of the staff makes up for it.

Too noisy for us I would say that this is a great family resort. We felt that the hotel does not accommodate for people our age. We like low key entertainment and the hotel does not offer this other than a lady singer once a week. The main entertainment at night was the other side of the hotel, we did try it once but drinks in plastic throw away cups is not for us. We understand around the pool areas plastic cups but not in the evening. We felt the hotel was tired and needs some deep cleaning.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Entertainment team were very good/enthusiastic yet not pushy. Food was lovely and great service from waiting staff.

Location was a little bit out from main resort , but only €10 in a taxi

Great hotel, so glad we chose this , would highly recommend . Food was fantastic with a great section . Staff were incredible , if you are after a relaxing holiday , this is fantastic choice.

The room was very clean (I stayed in a pool view room) it had amenities that a holiday resort should. I required several changes to my booking before going and found the service of support excellent. There was access to a small beach from the hotel. Daily food choices were a great variety - definitely something for everyone. Quad bikes can be hired from just around the corner - I recommend Caretta as they gave the best price - and it’s great for exploring the island and cheaper than taxis if you keep it all day and night.

I would rate this lower than a 5* as there was no room service option, slight attention to detail required in terms of room fixtures and that the entertainment was split between indoor and outdoor over an evening where they might wish to consider a programme for both nightly, that suits both families and couples.
