Beds were very comfortable staff was very great When I had an issue with the water temperature they responded very quickly sent a young man by the name of Jose (I remember his name as its also my husband's name lol) he was extremely friendly and got the job done promptly. The young man also asked if there was anything else I needed help with he was very respectful and helpful he was truly a Breath of fresh air (Thank you Jose.) I do appreciate how quick the front desk sent him to me and they responded and got it done immediately everybody there was amazing. I can honestly say I wish other hotel locations I've been to had staff very friendly and respectful and responded to issues as quickly as the La Quinta did definitely will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Water temperature in shower needed to be adjusted. However they sent a young man to fix it immediately and he got it done very quickly so I do have to say it wasn't that big of an issue seeing how they handled it promptly.

The pool was nice temperature all the staff were truly amazing helpful and friendly.. this was a very good time. The breakfast was delicious and they had a good selection to eat. the rooms were very clean,the beds were comfortable we even extended our stay.....it is an overall great Hotel.. my family and I will definitely be coming back to visit La Quinta again. Thank you and God bless to all the staff....

Honestly there is nothing i have to complain about .but since I have to do something before submitting my review the only thing that I wish they did have was room service. however it did not change my opinion on this hotel as it is still amazing and there are two amazing restaurants right on the same premises but if I had to pick something I would just say room service would be a great addition to this beautiful location..

The room was more than adequate with a refrigerator and microwave. The TV was Netflix ready in the room, just put your password in and watch your favorites. Pool and daily breakfast, were awesome extras. Location was excellent for us being right near the highway exit and entrance with Dunkin Donuts/ Gas station right by it and a Chili's and Italian Restaurant next door.

Our thermostat was not fully functioning and their elevator could use an update but these were very minor annoyances and wouldnt stop me from stating there again

I like that the hotel is just off the main highway coming in. It made traveling much easier. Also the fact there are two restaurants right on the property was very convenient

The room next-door had a dog, or dogs, who left enormous piles of shed everywhere! I was traveling with my mother, who is disabled and on oxygen. Going into and out of our room stirred up a literal pile of dog hair in front of the door Immediately adjacent to ours. Also, no matter how early we got down to breakfast there were never any seats available! The first day we brought our food back to our room and ate it cold. The second day we sat in the lobby to eat

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was wonderful. I was close to the facility I was training at and not too far from Boston and Salem for leisure activities in the evening. I had to order from Amazon to be delivered and the staff received and hid my package and verified I was the person who was supposed to get it so the shipment was secure and easy to pick up after it arrived.

Honestly I really can't think of anything I didn't like, I was very happy with the room and the free breakfast and the staff who were very polite and helpful. It was a great place to stay and catered to all my needs.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. It was nice to be within walking distance of restaurants and close to the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. My husband and daughter went down for breakfast on Monday morning at 8:45 and even though staff was cleaning up the breakfast area, they still happily assisted them in getting food.

There was only 1 small trash can in the room and no communal cans anywhere other than the breakfast area and business center.

Our kids loved the pool and the gym was nice. The AC worked very well and our room was clean. The breakfast was decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We hoped to have 2/3 of our rooms booked closer together.. We had 3 rooms on different floors/directions of the hotel, but other than that, it wasn’t terrible.

I love it because staff is very up-to-date with everything. But at the kitchen, sometimes the sausages are cold. And they don't have peanut butter like they like they Use to need to bring some and LaQuinta need to bring Coffee creamers. I seen at the other hotel in New Hampshire La Quinta. They got coffee creamers, hazelnut and French vanilla. I believe you guys can bring some a lot of people there is always saying they need to bring some creamers because I'm always there. Most of the time in the weekends, I'm well known. I love it there,and my grandkids also love it well some of the rooms need to put more comfortable bed Mattress but I love the king's there very comfortable.and need to make sure that in the rooms were you could bring the dogs that the floors are cleaner cause I had to clean them just saying Also, this is one of the things I did not like not too long ago I stayed at La Quinta and steph told my daughter-in-law where I was which I did not want her to know where I was and that's something I did not like. I thought it was confidenreality at all Times she came knocking at the door like she wanted to break it. That was scary she was looking for my son.I didn't want her to know it got me very angry 😤 and I told him and he Apologize, but it could have been worse. That's something you need to put it on point with staff. Thank you

I love staff because staff is always friendly, the girls that are clean, they're always friendly, and especially the gentleman that always throws out the garbage, hes super super friendly and always helpful as well. I'm handicapped he sees that I am in need of help any help. So that's why I keep coming to the La Quinta, they're the best.

We had 2 rooms (8 people,ranging in age from 3 to 60) we came in late because we had been at an amusement park all day. We were tired and felt unorganized. The woman at the front desk was so personable. She made us feel right at home. She made sure we understood completely what size rooms we had, so we sent the appropriate people to the correct room. 1 room had a pull out bed in the couch, she knew it hadn't been pulled out yet and would need blankets and pillows. So she immediately went for the items and brought them to us. I feel bad I didn't get her name. But she was wonderful! We didn't use the pool but it looked really nice. We would have used it had we stayed a little longer or checked in a little earlier. Very convenient that it is located right off the highway. Easy to find. Easy to get back on the road in the morning after a good night sleep.

I like the suites, having the pool. Breakfast is convenient

I stay 2x a year, the pool could be cleaned nightly. Always hair and hair balls in and around pool! It would be nice to have a wheat or multigrain bread option at breakfast. Fold out sleep sofa very old and uncomfortable, needed 3 heavy blankets to make it sleepable. Same with roll away bed.
