Wonderful location close enough to almost all of the attractions in the Boston/Salem area and yet not a congested area that feels too busy once you're ready to call it a night. Not much in the way of nightlife around it if that's what you're looking for, but as a better priced stay than downtown or elsewhere, this is a great choice. The night staff Melissa and Nate were both exceptional in both their professionalism and their all around kindness to us as it was our first time in Massachusetts. The next time we spend time there, we're definitely staying here again

They're currently renovating the building. This meant no pool or lobby breakfast area. That's not a slight to them, that will obviously be fixed once the project is done. I'm sure it'll be even better than what we actually had. Other than that, the only actual dislike we had was the shower water pressure just wasn't that great. But hell, that's just being picky if that's all we have to complain about I guess.

We liked how clean the place was, maybe because it was newly renovated. And the housekeeping services were done every other day as stated. Just a bummer that breakfast was not served for free, and 18 bucks per person is a bit steep, considering they serve the same food as any other inns. And free coffee is only served during breakfast time, otherwise you’d have to pay for them. But our stay was great otherwise. Room temp was easily set/adjusted, water pressure and temp was good.

Unfortunately, we didn't get the opportunity to have breakfast because of an early flight. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I emailed the facility twice (at the time of the reservation and then the week before) to see if we could possibly check in a little earlier because we had a 4pm event to attend, (about a 20 minute uber ride from the hotel). I didn't get a response either time. When we arrive at the hotel from the airport (at approximately 1:40pm on a Tuesday) I explained the situation again to the clerk at the desk but she immediately said we'd have to wait until 3pm. I was disappointed that a little more effort wasn't put into trying to help us. We sat in the empty lobby and waited. At 2:30, the clerk waved me over to the desk and said we could go to our room. While I definitely appreciated the extra half hour, a little more accommodation would have been appreciated.

hotel was beautiful, and just 30 minutes from Boston, which was great.

During our 3 night stay, our towels and linens were never changed. Didn't know how to request this service and we were rushing around for graduation activities so we didn't have time to research it. Also, it was a shame that breakfast wasn't included.

I think it’s a great option if you have a car and want to stay in the Boston area without overspending. It takes about 40 minutes to drive to Downtown, and the hotel offers free parking for guests. Also there are cafes, a movie theater, and supermarkets nearby.

Challenge with accessing daily room service cleaning from their stuff. No food and drinks served at the hotel during my stay but its understandable that they were still setting up

Great customer service is provided, and the price is very reasonable, and the quality of the rooms was very nice and clean. Lastly, I will highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is interested in your business.

I like the location, car is needed. Hotel is newly renovated, almost finished. I had a renovated room, large.

Would have been nice to have breakfast, but understand why. No breakfast available, no amenities available. no coffee making machine, but some supplies. Hot water pressure low.

I love the designs and the modern look of the lobby. The outside is very misleading, in a good way. I also liked the bold colors that were chosen for the inside.

There was a lot of dog poop outside in the parking lot…and the lines in the lot were also kinda faded.

We were going to Salem and the receptionnist helped us by giving us a list a recommandation: where to park, what time to go, etc. The staff was nice, the room was clean an super cozy. It was really nice! And close to Salem an Boston
