I travel to Milan about once a month and on similar stays , I would say this is the best one I have been as a price/comfort. Everything was perfectly working, great shower, perfect room temperature, double glazings, and well positioned lighting and plugs (believe it or not, this is often an issue in Milan!). It is very centered so I will definitely recommend it.

That doesn’t change my 10/10 score, but personally I wasn’t a great fan of the total white dentist reception like decoration. Being an architect, I totally understand and support minimalism, but here it is a bit extreme!

Great location just two mins walk from duomo, shopping centre and train station, we have been upgraded free of charge to a room with nice bath, fantastic modern style decoration and clean, great to have jacuzzi just beside your bed, smart room with double glazed windows and electric shutters guaranteed nice quiet sleep, comfortable beds, super helpful staff, I highly recommend AHD rooms and it will be our first choice for our next stay in Milan

Nothing to dislike

I liked my room but the lighting was a bit harsh and I didn't find a hook for my bath towel. I would have liked a softer bed and the linens were tucked in so that they didn't reach up to cover my shoulders so that is an easy fix. I would have liked a door between the bathroom and bedroom. I loved the proximity to the Duomo and shopping and taxi stand but the taxis have no place to wait for you right at the building and one that Dario called for me just drove by and stopped far down the street and picked up someone else before I could get to him. I went to the taxi stand in front of the Duomo instead which has a lot of taxis. Dario and Mateo were great. As a woman traveling alone I do prefer to stay in places that have someone available to let me in at all hours in case I stay out late but that was not an issue on this visit. The shower worked great and had good pressure and hot water. The towels could be softer. The pillow was a bit hard so one hard and one soft would be nice. I loved the automatic shades. I was thrilled to have YouTube available and English-speaking tv.

The host was very helpful, location is very close to the Duomo area but still it was very quite and safe. I liked that it was very close to the duomo and the attractions were all a walking distance to the place. We were offered a bigger room change without any charges. The room was spacious, comfy and modern. The Arabic host was very helpful and assistant. He booked a taxi for us where Uber couldn’t reach to the location, asked some of the staff to assist us with the luggage.

It was very difficult to locate the place in the begging where signage is very small. There are no dedicated parking spots for the AHD rooms, which is difficult for people who have so many luggage, it was difficult to drop the luggage and carry them all the way to up where no one was there to give us a help or trolleys to carry all the bags at once all the way from the near by paid parking.

I stayed at the AHD Rooms from Sep 5th to September 12th. The team very welcoming and very helpful and assure the comfort of their guests and make sure that all needs of their guests are available and all they questions and concerns are answered with pleasure. Abdullah the manager was shining among the teams by the very warm welcoming and always try to provide his help if any he can do. The ADH is less than a min walk to the center which makes the facility very unique. The rooms are very clean and they have other options for their guest with extra facilities as needed such as apartments etc.

We stayed at AHD Rooms for a couple of days during the Milan fashion week and I had an amazing experience. The apartment was bright, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the cathedral and the main attractions of Milan. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Marco, the manager, who was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He gave us great tips on where to eat, shop, and visit in the city. He also arranged a private transfer to the airport for me, which was very convenient. I felt like I was living in a home away from home, with all the luxury and privacy I wanted. I highly recommend AHD Apartments to anyone who wants to enjoy a memorable stay in Milan.

Rooms are just steps away from Duomo di Milano and conveniently close to the Metro. Upon arrival, there was a mistake regarding my room reservation from their side. The receptionist, Christian, quickly resolved the issue by graciously upgrading me to a better room at no additional cost! The room size was impressive, and the smart lighting system, activated by simple hand gestures, added a delightful touch of modernity. The well-stocked mini bar in the room was offering everything needed for a comfortable stay, especially in case you are couples. The bathroom was exceptionally spacious, resembling a sauna, and provided a delightful oasis for relaxation after a day of exploring especially in a hot summer day in Milan.

There were a few minor inconveniences worth mentioning. Firstly, the shower lacked a lighting bulb, making it difficult to take quick shower when natural light was unavailable. Additionally, there was no mirror in the shower room. A simple soap holder would have been helpful to keep the sink from getting soapy. The rest of the stay was delightful, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff to ensure a comfortable visit.

Size of the room was huge, prime location. Loved the sauna and the jacuzzi. Staff was so friendly!

No breakfast provided; did not have any extra “hotel” type amenities — it was a floor of rooms with a reception desk in the middle. No one to help with bags or show us how to enter the space until after we got to third floor. Decor needs an update and they are doing construction next door in the middle of the day.

I'm delighted to have found this hotel; the room was impeccably clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Its convenient location facilitated a full day of shopping. I'm particularly grateful to the administrator for their friendliness and assistance with transportation and early check-in. Having visited Milan seven times, I can confidently say that this hotel surpasses my previous experiences, making it my top choice for future visits.

This is my third visit and I love it, the place is very clean and has amazing vibes specially that the location is on the Duomo and very safe. The staff is professional and I want to thank mr. Abdullah he was so helpful, hostel and very nice, he upgraded the room and made a generous discount for us also he rented a car when we needed with a good price and brought it to us. I highly recommend it and I will be back for sure .. 👍🏼
