Spacious park setting is fabulous. Great BBQ areas, excellent facilities in units. Our extended family was spread over three cabins and a tent site. We thoroughly enjoyed our get togethers at the top covered BBQ area. Each also enjoyed their own well equipped accommodation. Shared kitchen and lounge areas are also great. Excellent tennis court and field. Pool and hot pools were also excellent. A bigger swimming pool would add to the enjoyment. The entire campus including grounds, equipment and facilities is maintained to a high standard.

Those not in self contained units often had to queue for showers. More showers would add to the comfort and convenience for those not in self contained cabins. As the swimming pool is quite small a few silly unsupervised children spoiled it for others on occasion by running and jumping in.

We had the most incredible time. Our kids were absolutely thrilled with the playground and the soothing thermal pools. The atmosphere felt so safe and immaculately clean, which made it even more enjoyable for our family. While the BBQ at the top of the park needed a bit of attention, we were grateful for the alternative options scattered throughout the park. I've already been gushing about our experience to friends and family, urging them to visit. We're already planning our next trip back because it left such a lasting impression on us. Can't wait to create more beautiful memories there!

The pools r awesome the staff an the location is good an most of all can relax with out workers walking round being nosey......the workers you do see r always friendly tho but most of the time they js doing thr jobs n minding ther own business

Maybe a fan or cover over the deck on those little tin cabins because it is too hot......but we've stayed here alot over the years and usually book in time to get a cabin with shower n toilet......those ones r always awesome so next time we come back I'm hoping 1 is available 😀

Cabins were comfortable, however if you were to fill every bed it would get crowded fast. Shower pressure was really good! Didn’t have to wait in line for the bathroom facilities. Hot pools and pool were excellent!

The cabins don’t have water which we knew at booking but would have been very convenient. In the showers there were no shower curtains, and with the excellent water pressure I found my things to get wet. So best to have a little fry bag if they don’t adjust this. Also a little lamp in the cabins would be a great touch!

We loved the privacy and homely feel to the rooms and the welcoming environment of the whole camp. My youngest especially loved the pools and miss teen loved the hot spa pools. I loved the fact it was in very close proximity to everything I had planned for us and what wasn’t close, was easily navigated to. Overall, we were happy with the accommodations except for one thing.

Unfortunately it felt like the floors hadn’t been mopped and the bathroom was damp and had what appeared to be mildew in places. The heater clicked off once it hit its desired temp, but didn’t click back on like I believe was specified. So it got very cold in the early hours of the morning. All of the above, I can deal with for a night. The thing that would have me second guessing a rebook, was the fact the beds were hard as rocks. Miss teen and I didn’t get much sleep and what little sleep I did get was very light and broken.

The beds were comfortable and nice clean sheets and comfortable pillows. The little thermal pools were great for a relax, and the larger pool also great for the kids. The cabins were nice and in the larger one, kitchen well appointed with nice toaster.

Not the fault of the venue but a siren went off at 1.30am in the morning of some nearby building and went on for nearly an hour, and instructions were to evacuate the building from the nearest exit. No one took much notice as there didn't seem to be any fire.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay, highly recommend! The perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do in Rotorua. Even though it was near a main road it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very accommodating and communicative throughout, so check in and check out was very easy. We stayed in a lovely cabin with a kitchenette and fridge which was perfect for our needs. The shared bathroom facilities were clean and well lit.

Only drawback was the short walk to the bathroom facilities, which was a bit inconvenient during the night. Other than this, nothing could have been improved and we had a great stay.

The dorm was nice and big with cooking facilities We got lucky and only had 1 other dorm roomie for 2 of the nights and had it all to ourselves for the last 2 nights The free hot pools were fantastic and lovely they had 3 pretty big hot pools and 1 huge family sized hot pool and also a big very deep swimming pool all very nice. The toilets were nice and clean and the showers were lovely great temperature and amazing water pressure. Would definitely stay again

It's a little bit out of town a 30 minute walk from the main town but there is a bus that takes you directly to the centre every 30 minutes. The dorms were a little more expensive than I usually pay for a dorm room The beds did give you a little backache have definitely had better but had much much worse Other than that the place was perfect

Love this park, lots of space, clean & tidy, the kids loved the pools options hot & cold. See you again soon🙂

We stayed in TF4, the sliding door needs a new lock, I had to lock it with the key from inside. Some windows were missing latches, (kitchen & last bedroom) The end bedroom is missing the string to open the blind. Overall, I loved this cabin very spacious, it accommodated 1 adult & 4 children very well, with lots of space. Thank you for having us, see you again next Summer😊

The ‘hut’ / basic lodge was comfortable with suitability for 5 people but spacious for only 2 of us. It was easy to find, central to where we wanted to go - the Māori village - and the hot pools were a bonus. The kitchens had lots of room, also showers were hot and good strength, and even games room with play park and giant chess set! The facilities were open til 10 which was handy. (The lake was a ten minute drive away. ) A friendly staff member welcomed us! Great place to stay at a good price.

Water main work meant water was off one day we were there but was obviously essential.
