The hotel is located in the local area of Panama City. Very close to several restaurants, Bars, Parks and super markets.

I did not like that the elevators on the first floor do not go up to the top floor. l had to take two elevators plus walk two flight of stairs to get to the roof top where the pool and gym is located. Also hated the fact that my room key stopped working a few times.

Bed was very comfortable. The room has a good distribution and space, I didn't get to use the pool but location was 10 points, there's a lot of good restaurants near walking and it is in a very safe area.

Even though the breakfast was included the hotel was at full capacity and when we get to eat there was not much options.

The staff was friendly and were willing to help when asked. Liliana the breakfast attendant always greeted everyone with a friendly smile. There was also the young woman who cleaned my room who was very kind. (room 706). I tried to call the property after I left because I forgot to get my water bottle from the fridge, but was unsuccessful. They said there was someone there 27/7, but it turned out not be true. I would really have liked to have gotten my water bottle back, since I've had it for a long time. 😩

Well, breakfast was good, but they need to serve more variety of meats other than hot dogs and chicken. I would have liked maybe bacon, sausage, and French toast.

Very nice location - via Argentina is the place to be. The hotel staff was friendly and wanted to help. Breakfast was nice too.

The hotel is definitely in need of renovation. We also had problems with the hot water, so needed to change 2 rooms until we finally got one where hot water was running. But the staff was really helpful.

Very good location, city center. Close distance to everywhere. Breakfast was very good,tasty.. Friendly, helpful staff Room ,very clean.

Hotel needs a little touch of love....wall paper coming off, bathroom tap is moving, external glass facade ,there was a leakage during rain...just maintenance required.

Also thanks to the front office staff. Also Brawlio Panama a fantastic asset too the hotel. His hospitality is very good.

I did not like the bathroom it was disgusting with the water backing up and we had to stand in that at night to have a good bath. It took to long for the hotel to react to our problem. Also the electricity we out a couple of times and it took to long to be rectify.

I loved the location, it was right in the middle of everything; restaurants lined both sides of the street and other shopping areas aswell. The ATM were also very close by as wel as I could use my Jamaican bank card for point of sale.

I didn't like that I didn't have a window that opens out, also the noise from the guests next door to me were sometimes loud and noisy.......I didnt think I would be able to hear through the walls or glass so loudly

This was a marvellous experience. Staff very congenial and helpful. Amenities of highest standard. As for the breakfast, well it was mind blowing. Tasty, fresh and sumptuous, especially including local items. We had a private tour guide recommended by the front desk representative Erik, Augustine, and Sebastian. Electric coffee maker provided promptly at our request. Have recommended to families and friends. God bless.

Buffet was good. Bed was comfortable . The staff was excellent cleaned our room everyday. Cooked us breakfast when all the food in the buffet was gone before 10am. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a small market just steps away from the hotel.

Elevator was a bit sketchy. The AC in the room worked but dripped water the whole time.
