Front desk lady was very friendly and was able to find us a room on the bottom floor to accommodate my wife that has trouble with stairs. The room is clean. Appreciate the fridge and microwave. TV was good as well as the heat and AC. Pool was clean but did not use. Like parking right next to room. Location is great, next to anything you need. Breakfast was good, Hot Coffee and Tea, Bagels, Boiled Eggs and Oatmeal. Saved us time stopping for Breakfast. Breakfast room is very pretty with tall ceiling and nice artwork painting on walls. Bathroom is small but works. Would love to have a Jaccuzzi to soak in after a long day of traveling.

Location was good for walking distance to restaurant. A comfortable and private room. The closest stairway was closed for repair, but that kept traffic away from our end room, and we were not charged extra for dog, because of it. The view across to the Sierras was nice.

Pool was filled and clean, but unheated.

Room service was excellent. The hotel clerks were very nice guys and informative. Rooms were very clean and comfortable

The only thing is your hotel except dogs? The room next to ours had a DOG and it barked ALL night kept us up very loud people

Very hot & wonderful AC! Immaculately clean. Comfy beds/very good pillows. Walking distance to Main St.—shops, cafes, pubs, etc.

Nothing—1/2-way to Lake Tahoe—final destination. Great hiking, Sierras, hikers, other great outdoor destinations near by.

I requested a quiet room and it was. Bed was very comfortable and room size was adequate. Was great to have fridge in room. Room amenities were just right (coffee maker, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, etc).

The carpet was badly stained. Can't help bad patrons, but a carpet cleaning is in order. The continental breakfast was not very good. Other than apples, no other fruit (such as bananas) was offered. Bagels, a few hard cooked eggs and yogurt were the only offerings. Could have added bananas, orange juice, toast and butter for example.

It was in a great location and the views were super. Staff were friendly at check in and breakfast. Breakfast was basic but great for what we needed. The room was largecc C with interlinking room which worked well.

The pool was monopolised by one family who took it over so no one else felt able to use it.

Super nice people at front desk, accommodated us when the highway was closed due to mudslide further south, then stayed an extra day and loved it. Great breakfast, comfy beds, fun swimming pool. Staff/maintenance people seemed very attentive to details.

I liked everything.

I loved the spacious room with two bedrooms, which was very comfortable for our family with children. The breakfast was excellent. And we liked the central location close to all the city attractions. It was a fantastic stay.

The room was clean and staffs were nice. Also, breakfast that they had was good.

It says check in is from 3 pm, so we arrived around that time. But, we had to wait about an hour and a half because room was not ready. Also, wifi was much slower than I expected.
