My partner and I have stayed here many times in the past, but it has been a while since our last visit (about a year). It is still a lovely and peaceful property and exceptionally clean. The beds are super comfy and there is ample parking, and the property feels very safe.

In the past, I have always marveled at the exceptional customer service. This time, I was not impressed. The person who checked us in, while not rude, just seemed bored and indifferent. She did her job correctly and took all the right "steps" to check us in, but it wasn't a particularly welcoming experience. Also, there are amenities fees now, but it seems like some of the things that we liked most about the hotel are no longer available. Check out used to be at noon, but now it is at 11. We called to see if we could get a late check out and were told "we don't do that on weekends", which also hasn't been the case in the past. The hotel was not at full capacity and we were leaving on a Sunday morning, so a little flexibility would have been appreciated.

Creekside Inn is a beautiful 3-star hotel with very nice and large rooms that also have balconies that turn into an incredible inner garden. It's located 15 minutes from Stanford University (by bicycle) and near a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. The room has (almost) everything one needs except maybe a kettle. The property also has a laundry room and a deli shop, which was very convenient.

I didn't like the following: 1. Room acoustics was not very good. I could hear my loud neighbors, and it was unpleasant. 2. The room didn't have a kettle. 3. The breakfast wasn't good.

I am very impressed with the quality and value of Creekside Inn. I was in Room 222, a large king room with a balcony overlooking the creek. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job preparing the room and cleaning it between nights. The Inn has some nice and unusual amenities, including free e-vehicle charging, and a purified water dispenser. It seems to be very well run. The value was exceptional.

I checked out on Sun Aug 18. At 9:30am that morning, while I was still in bed, housekeeping opened my door, presumably to clean the room. I don't blame housekeeping. Management should have instructed housekeeping not to clean the room until after I checked out.

I was very pleased with the garden and the quiet of the property. The room was spacious and clean. There was a learning curve to operate the tv( first world problem). There was a printer in the room for use if I were going to work. I really liked the separation of the bathroom from the living space and kitchen. Clearly there was some thought put into that. The kitchenette was a convenient feature. The room was clean and there were outdoor gathering areas. Plenty of free parking.

The kitchenette wasn't equipped other than a couple of margarita glasses and a toaster. Coffee maker had no decaf available. Morning continental breakfast had no decaf either. I was a little frustrated by the fact that my room wasn't ready when I got there even after we were told that it wouldn't be a problem over the phone. I paid the difference to upgrade to a suite. The suite was nice but I was still just a little frustrated

I LOVED the bed and the pillows and the linens. I want some for my own house! I loved that there was a refrigerator and a hot water brewer for my tea. I loved the balcony. I loved the extraordinary quiet... I have never been in such a quiet hotel. Thank you.

The room smell. I am allergic to whatever they spry it with between customers. My eyes watered and my nose itched for my whole stay. I was really looking forward to a bathtub. I was disappointed that there was no bathtub... only an middle overhead shower that I could not use without getting my hair wet.

10 minutes from Stanford yet secluded and peaceful and a great place to be after spending long hours at the bedside of a dying patient. Nice fitness room to work off stress and an outdoor heated pool to work out the kinks. I didn't get to check out breakfast because it was so quiet, I slept in.......

Shower fluctuated in temperature each time I used it. The shampoo, body wash, etc that was offered had strong smells that were not super pleasant.

Everything was good: clean, the staff was caring. The room had everything you needed, cleaning was done every day. Tesla's electric car charging was provided free of charge (for tenants only, not supercharge). And it was really helpful! Also in the room was thick curtains that blocked out all night light (and daylight if needed) and allowed you to sleep without a mask.

Breakfast was the same every day and there were only sweet options (bun, muffins).

Absolutely beautifully landscaped and tranquil setting with a bridge over the creek nearby. Ample parking with fee and areas to sit and visit, work or eat outside. My room and others on the second floor had a private deck and ground floor units had patios. The small business center in the office was a help to print and research materials. Free coffee, tea in office. Electric vehicle charging outside office.

Needed larger under counter refrigerators in all rooms, not just some. Adjacent restaurant was closed and would have been a convenient option but other restaurants are within short driving distance or longer walk were available.

Room was clean and quiet. Liked the surrounding environment of the trees. Felt protected from the street - very quite.

Breakfast offerings were minimal. Not what I was expecting. Even the coffee was bad. The photo of the trees is what attracted me the place. I thought there would be more throughout. I felt the photo of the bridge with trees was a bit mislending to give sense entire place was like that. But perhaps I made an assumption.

We enjoyed The Creekside Inn so much that we ended up returning here for a second long weekend. This place feels more like a hotel than a motel. The second weekend we reserved a room overlooking the creek It didn't feel like we were in the city. We could hear the water flowing and there were even ducks. Well worth upgrading to creek view room if you have time to enjoy sitting outside. . (put on mosquito repellent) ✅ There are washers and dryers on-site. ✅ There is a good deli/market on-site where you can also get espresso. ✅ It's easy to get to stores and restaurants by car since it is close to the main road. ✅ The staff was very pleasant. ✅ They had a room to store our luggage for a few days. ✅ Rooms have a refridgerator and microwave. ✅ There is also coffee and hot water in the lobby.

Our only complaint was that we wish they had explained when we first came about the option of upgrading to a room by the creek.
